 + -1 moreI had some kind of hideous virus that interfered with my computer to the point that it was nearly non-functional. I had tried all the internet suggestions and could not get rid of it. They explained my options in a professional manner and were able to accept my computer in to their shop the same day. The next day they had my computer fully functional and without the nasty virus. Works like a brand new machine! I recommend them highly.

 + -1 moreDevon analyzed the problem. There were four potential solutions. He ordered parts, the first three did Not solve the problem. The fourth one he sent for did. I was only charged for that one part and his $50 labor. He spent a lot of time on my computer and said if he couldn't fix it I would be charged nothing. I was impressed with his work and his philosophy.

 + -1 moreA friend told me about Angry Squirrel on 20th Street in Chattanooga. I dropped off the unit on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood that I needed the unit repaired as soon as possible. He immediately ordered a new hard drive and had my desktop up and running in about 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. Additionally, he installed extra software at no additional charge. I am very pleased with the electronic service of Angry Squirrel and plan on using them again in the future.
Description of Work: The hard drive on my desktop computer had crashed so I took it to Best Buy for repair. I was informed by the Technician that the unit was beyond repair and that I should purchase a new unit, which costs between $500 and $600.

Based on my experience, it is clear to me Devin is knowledgeable and capable. He is clear about what he can do vs. what you should have done somewhere else or even do yourself. I have nothing but a great customer experience to share regarding Angry Squirrel and its staff.
