Allstar Tint & Alarms

I used Allstar Tint and Alarms to put an auto start on my husband's car for Christmas. I paid for the higher priced Groupon with two keyless entries. It was $189 with the Groupon with an additional fee $141.97 for a bypass unit. There were three people working yet they kept my car for the better part of the day. They finally called and said I could come and get my car. There was still no other customers there but only the three workers. The car started with the clicker and all seemed well until I tried to open the door. It was locked and I could not get it unlocked. I went back in and told the man behind the counter that I couldn't unlock my door. He said his name was Big Mike. The first thing that Big Mike said was, "Well, You didn't pay for that." He proceeded to try to get more money out of me to fix my door. I had to show him in the fine print where this feature was for a Keyless entry and it was included. So he agreed to fix the keyless entry feature but even He could not get the car to unlock. They had messed something up and said they had to call someone to tell them how to do fix this feature on a Honda. I waited and waited and then they finally told me that there was a diode in on one of the lines they installed and they would need to trace the all the lines to find and remove it and they did not know how long it would take. I asked if they could possibly bring the car to me as my son had to finish last minute Christmas shopping. They refused stating they might get busy and there was only 3 of them there. So I left and awaited for their call. They finally got the door fixed. We later discovered that that the trunk will open with the clicker. I called and politely explained the situation and was told that there would be an additional fee to fix the trunk. They are wanting more and more money! They said that the keyless entry (clicker) to operate the trunk button was not included in the price. My trunk opened fine with the factor keyless entry and they were suppose to fix this keyless entry to work in the same manner. He said they would fix it but not without additional money. I tried to talk with Managament but they are not interested in helping to fix the matter unless I pay additional money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. RUN don't walk to a REPUTABLE DEALER who will give you ALL the information up front! I spoke with someone who said he was the owner and he was rude and disrespectful. Our conversation ended with him hanging up on me, not resolving the issue. I bought this through Groupon and he told me that I would have to speak with them in order to get my money back!
