 + -1 moreHorrible would not ever recommend and I have never put a bad evaluation on anyone. Everyone can have an off day but how this company can feel ok with what they charged...they should be ashamed.
Description of Work: I had a monthly contract with Aarons and everything was fine until I got invaded by moths. Little brown ones. They charged me ...it was either $80 or $90 each time they came out and they were coming every two weeks for months which wouldn't have been so bad if it would have taken care of the problem. But it did not. They fumigated, had to seal up rooms. It was nasty stuff. Well, I finally hired another company and they got rid of them in one month AND IT WAS INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY SERVICE. NO EXTRA CHARGE! So I hope everyone reads this.

 + -1 moreGreat service, friendly service used for a couple yrs. if for any reason have any problems they will come back out easy to deal with, customer service easy to work for meet the asst mgr last visit and they are friendly. Knowledgeable and have no issues.

 + -1 moreThey always call in advance and schedule it. The people in the office are great to talk to and understanding if I don't want them to come in because of something. The technician that comes out is really friendly and has the time to tell me what's going on and to see if I have problems.
