Description of Work: Took our money ($100.00) for a down payment on the part and labor. And now we can't seem to get in touch with them! Called several times, but all I get is voice mail. Asked them to give us a call!

+ -1 moreThe repairman was pleasant and professional. But I thought 125.00 charge was on the high side for 1/2 hour work. He also said the drain line should not be connected to the garbage disposal, even though their is a connection for it. It should be connected to directly to drain line. I said ok, if you have the drain line plastic pipe let go ahead and do it....No responed? Then I said can you give me approx. cost...No responed? He then took his tool case out to his truck and came back in with the bill..which I payed infull.
Description of Work: Asked me what the problem was.(dish washer would not drain). He made some operation test, found drain line clogged and clean it out and test draining operation.

+ -1 moreMy husband called the manufacturer who recommended we call A Reliable. I talked to the Scheduler on a Wednesday afternoon. The workmen came the next day, right on time. They were pleasant, professional, courteous and efficient. My laundry room is small, and the job was not an easy one; they did the work cheerfully.
Description of Work: I foolishly decided to wash 2 old chair cushions. They disintegrated in the washing machine and left a disgusting mess. The motor which pumps water from the machine burned out and hoses and filters were clogged. The pump had to be replaced and the hoses unclogged.

+ -1 moreTotally unsatisfactory. LG had to replace A Reliable as its local warranty company.
Description of Work: A Reliable Applicance is the warranty rep. for LG Appliances, but was dismissed recently. We purchased an LG washer and dryer late 2008 and from day one the dryer has been a problem ... installation, performance, etc. A Reliable Appliance contributed to our dissatisfaction by its 100% lack of professionalism and technical performance.
