+ -1 moreIt went very well, I called on a hot day with no cooling in my house, they responded within a few hours and had us up and running within 15 minutes. I have used this company for a number of years at three different homes, they have done work that has ranged from quick repairs to the replacement of an entire HVAC unit and always been on time, done good work and stood behind it at reasonable prices. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and relatives.
Description of Work: Repaired HVAC unit that was not cooling, they made a quick repair, by replacing a bad part.

+ -1 moreKEN IS A GEM, SAVING ME $6000.00 THE FIRST TIME FOR A UNIT THAT I DID NOT NEED, YET. HE IS AN OLD FASHION REPAIR MAN WHO THINKS HOW WE CAN GET THIS DONE FOR THE CUSTOMER AT LOWEST POSSIBLE EXPENSIVE. HE IS NOT CONSTRAIN BY MANUALS. HE HAS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE. YOU CAN CERTAINLY TRUST HIM WITH YOUR HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS.
Description of Work: KEN LONG IS THE SERICEMAN WHO CAME OUT TO FIX MY A/C. THE COMPRESSOR WOULD NOT TURN OFF AND IT HAD ICE ALL AROUND IT, I SHUT IT OFF USING THE FUSE BOX. KEN FIXED THE BAD SWITCH AND NOW IT WORKS GREAT. THE LAST TIME KEN WAS OUT WAS THREE YEARS AGO AFTER MY A/C HAD QUIT ALTOGETHER. I CALLED A PLACE ON ANGIE LIST RATED "A" AND THEY CAME OUT AND TOLD ME IT WAS UNREPAIRABLE BECAUSE THE PART I NEEDED WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE . THEY LEFT LITERATURE FOR A NEW UNIT. WANTING A SECOND OPINION , I CALLED A & A AND THEY PROMPTLY CAME OUT, IT WAS DURING A HOT SPELL, AND LOOKED AT THE UNIT. YES, IT NEEDED A PART NO LONGER MADE, BUT HE SAID HE COULD TAKE A SIMILAR AND MAKE IT FIT. HE DID AND THREE YEARS LATER THE PART STILLS WORKS.
