Called late afternoon on July 3rd after being gone for two days and walking into 91 degree house. Responded within an hour, diagnosed problem quickly, had to go get required part, waited to make sure system was working properly. Very nice and professional. Would use again without hesitation.

They were able to come early to diagnose the problem and took care of it. This was for my 86 year old father in law who really needed timely assistance.

They came within the timeframe they said and quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained the options available along with the cost. They needed to order parts; however, the were able to get my system running to allow for the time necessary to acquire and replace defective parts. They were friendly, professional and did not try to force anything unnecessary on me. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

He answered all our questions and even though it took him longer than he expected to finish the job, he didn't charge anything extra (like we have been charged in the past with other contractors), he did not want to leave until the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction.
