Barry and his son are a two man operation - no subs, no laborers, they do it all. We had them do a master bath, which included an oversize handicap accessible shower, bathroom floor, and half way up the walls. On the smaller bath, we had them do the floor with a small black and white tile pattern. On our kitchen, they did the back splash. We also had them do small areas of the master bedroom closet, and the landing at the foot of the stairwell in the basement. I could not find one flaw anywhere! Also, as with most homes under construction, there is a lot of debris laying around here and there, as well as dust. One morning while they were working, I went down and the whole main floor was clean. Barry said his son did it because he had always taught him to leave a place better than when he found it. Their work exceeded my expectations, which is rare.

He came out to lay tile, the tiling was a botch job. There are different thickness of tiles, chip tiles, and tiles that are not placed right. He is now unwilling to come out and repair or fix these tiles, nor refund my money. He is only willing to fix 3 tiles, there is about 70% of the tiling that needs replaced.
