Excellent, Tom was diligent in returning my call, keeping his schedule for the inspection and his report surpassed my expectations. His thorough knowledge of every aspect of the building was excellent. His report was understandable and came with great pictures. Even though we did not buy the property. I will be using him again when we do find the another house.

Tom Neligan arrived on time as a recommendation from my real estate agent. He was very thorough checking every window, outlets, floors, walls, roof, chimney. Home inspectors have pages of documents for them to check, but Tom was very thorough e.g. he checked behind eletrical box to see if any extra tie-ins were made at that point, under insulation to look for mildew or hard to see leaks, etc, etc. It takes a few hours on a 2000 sq. foot home but except for inside the walls you really believe you got a thorough inspection. He has had his report to me in 24 hours with all pictures noting his concerns and level of concern so you can determine for your self the value. I used this to get my repair estimates and the repair people said it made their job very easy to create the estimates for labor so I could know with confidence how much this house was going to cost me to repair after purchase.
