NLA have helped us several times with different appliances and each time they are able to fix the problem and/or advise us so we can decide how to proceed. Every time they are honest about the work. I will continue to use them for all of our appliance repair needs as well as tell all of our friends.

Do not ever do businesses with this company. The lady who answers the phone is horrible. She is going to ruin this company. They were hired to fix my mothers washing machine. My mother has been without her washing machine for ONE MONTH NOW. They have came to work on this machine for a MONTH. My mother called this morning again to see what was the issue. This woman talked to my mother like she was a piece of crap. She called from her phone ans they were ignoring her calls. She used my phone and the lady answered my call immediately. She told my mother off and was yelling at her. She told my mother they would not be fixing her washer and to not contact them again. I was sitting beside her and my blood pressure is sky high. I will continue to pass along our horrible experience until everyone sees what type of business this is. You cannot talk to paying customers the way this woman did my mother. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!

Last summer our refrigerator was leaking and not cooling correctly. I was very impressed with this company mostly because the technician made sure that the job got done quickly and correctly even though that meant he had to order parts and come back a few times for everything to work right again. When my home warranty company connected us to them again for service on our refrigerator this spring, I knew we would get great service, which we did. If you need repairs call New Life Appliance!
