Martin's Appliance Repair

Mr. Martin called my yesterday and set up an appointment with me for today. He gave me a 2 hour window and not only was he here in that time frame, but he called when he was at the stop before mine to let me know he would be arriving. I've never had a repair man do that before and it was really helpful since I have dogs and kids to rangle. When he got here he shook my hand before walking in the door, gave me a business card, then went to the washer. He thought he might have found the issue (a piece of paper lodged in the door) but stayed to make sure it was repaired correctly. Sure enough it wasn't. He ended up taking it apart and figuring it out. Not only did he repair it, but he showed me how to check and repair it myself if he happens again. My laundry room doesn't look like he was there. Everything is exactly how I had it. He was very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recomend him to anyone in the area.

The repairman first came on New Year's Day to look at the problem and give an estimate. He gave a 2-hour window in which he would arrive and came within that time frame. He also called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival to notify me that he was on his way. There was NO extra charge for it being a holiday and no charge for the estimate. He ordered the part and set up an appointment three days later for installation. Again, he arrived within the designated 2-hour time frame and called 30 minutes in advance of his arrival. The repairman was courteous, respectful, and friendly and was very willing to answer all the questions that I had. He explained what he was doing and showed me where the old burner had been damaged. The repair was completed within 30 minutes and everything put back into place and tested. I was charged $40 for the repair and approximately $90 for the part plus tax. I would not hesitate to use this repairman again. He was a professional all the way!
