We're the East Tennessee pest control all these out of state corporations are trying to imitate. We out-perform everyone and guarantee our results. As our customer, you're entitled to as many free re-services as necessary to get the ants, spiders, or anything else gone. People in Tennessee have been dropping their 'made in China companies' in droves for our solid American grit. We do Interior, exterior, Ants, Spiders, Wasps, Ticks, Fleas, Rodents, Aphids, Snails, Centipedes, and a lot more. Everything we use is pet and child friendly.
"We just received our quarterly Pest control service 4/24 from Valor. We are still extremly pleased with our service. Valors technicians have always been thorough and professional. Our technician this day was Samuel Ramsey. He went above and beyond to make sure our flea and tick problem was taken care of. We also haven't seen German roaches since the beginning of our service with this company. I highly recommend Valor Pest Control company."

"Where do I begin ? Let’s start with my missing cat. Last Friday froggs technician Travis Beeler entered my home to do a monthly inspection. Upon coming out of the basement Travis said my cat was down there. Why he didn’t shut the door behind him i don’t know but that’s different story. I immediately go to check didn’t find him out a can of wet food down and go to look outside. I couldn’t find him, Travis who was surprisingly still in my driveway rolls down his window and I ask him if he was sure he saw him and he said “yes do you want me to come help you find him? I decline his offer for the fact if he was inside it was necessary. He says ok and I quote “at least you know he inside.” I go back inside to check nothing outside nothing. I try to reach out to froggs during office hours on Friday for 3 hours couldn’t get a call back left multiple messages. In attempt to see if my cat may have caught a ride, because he didn’t just vanish from basement which is small and sealed and only way out back up the basement or the small side door in the basement. Next day Mr beeler left me a voicemail saying that he doesn’t have my cat that he thinks he is still in the basement (34hrs after the fact) that he does have video inside and outside of his truck to prove that he didn’t take him and that he is indeed sorry for my cat about what he doesn’t say. he mentions that he doesn’t think my property manager didn’t take the cat either (which now strikes me as very odd now considering she was never mentioned). Well to me I thought that was gonna be awesome!! I would at least be able to see it and have the peace of mind that he didnt take my cat!! Because at this point the worst is definitely becoming an option. So I reach out to froggs today Monday after no one still hadn’t returned my calls from Friday. In an effort to see the video because I’m super concerned about my cat I had already made and posted flyers , posted online everything I possibly can do, now I would like to see this video you said you have. I get put on call with “Jeremiah” he claims to be the owner although the way he spoke and treated me makes me think differently. Introduce myself ask if he is familiar with the situation he says yes (why didn’t anyone reach out to me then? Weird) And here is where it goes south, upon asking Jeremiah if there is footage he says “yes” I ask inside and outside the truck 360 degrees? He says “yep” I ask to see it he says “no I can’t send it” He said that I needed to send the POLICE, KPD to get it. Why on gods green earth if you had any sort evidence would you withhold it or make it difficult for me especially if it absolves your company from a possible theft? At this point I started to lose my cool and had to hang up. Shocked that they would take such a hard stance if they have evidence. Regardless if Travis Beeler took my cat or let him out he is gone from my home and I’m going to have to use TAX PAYER FUNDED RESOURCES (you know the ones WE ALL PAY FOR) and attorneys to actually get to to the bottom of what happened. I think this is one of the saddest/pettiest situations I have ever had the displeasure of being involved in. To claim to have evidence yet withhold it something just doesn’t add up at all. I would love for this to be a misunderstanding but the cards they dealt me are saying otherwise. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me I would be more than happy to tell this story to anyone who wants to hear it. if your in the FTN city area and see my cat. He is a black long haired Manx (no tail no nub)pretty rare for the area. We just want him home and safe regardless if he was stolen or let out."

Different pest control methods exist to help mitigate an infestation. Not every technique will work with every pest, which is why speaking with a pest control expert is crucial to taming your problem. Different methods of pest removal include:
Heat treatments
Freezing treatments
Traps
Barriers
Chemical pesticides
Fumigation
Rodenticides
Mechanical devices
Repellants
The cost of pest control is $175 for the average homeowner. However, you could spend as little as $100 or as much as $500 or more, depending on the infestation size, the number of visits you need, and the pest you’re exterminating.
For example, if you need to rid your home of spiders, you’ll likely be spending between $100 and $300. However, if you have a termite problem, you can expect a bill of $230 to $2,500 or more, depending on the infestation size and damage caused.
There are specific methods for pest removal that you can DIY without hiring an expert. If you are preventing pests from making an appearance or clearing out a small infestation of harmless insects, you will likely have success on your own. However, if you’re dealing with pests that eat wood, bedbugs, or other pests that carry a disease risk, like rodents, it’s always worth it to call a pest professional to help you.
Even if you’re not immediately showing signs of pests, it’s a good idea to get into the habit of routine pest control. This should be done yearly, quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly, depending on your location and if any signs of infestation are already present. For example, if you live by water, you might experience more pests in the spring and summer than someone who lives in a dry climate. Discuss treatment options with your pest professional to determine a suitable schedule for you and your home.
While not every infestation is preventable, there are some actions you can take to minimize the risk of running into these pests in your home. These actions include:
Keeping your home tidy. This includes vacuuming regularly, sanitizing your kitchen, storing food in airtight containers, disposing garbage regularly, and keeping your home clutter-free.
Deep clean at least twice a year. Deep cleaning neglected crevices and corners of your home can help prevent breeding grounds from forming.
Repairing your home when needed. If your home has cracks or holes, you have an open invitation for pests to come in. Remove any standing water and seal any gaps in your floors, walls, and foundation.
Cleaning up your yard. Keep shrubbery and branches well-trimmed and away from your home. Remove fallen leaves and other debris.
Be smart with storage. If you use firewood, store it away from the home (at least 20 feet away if possible) and off of the ground.
