+ -1 moreAbsolutely FANTASTIC. Our investment property increased tremendously in value because of the meticulous attention to detail. He was able to look at 7 years of overgrown MESS and turn it into a park! He saved gorgeous trees and bushes and made the place absolutely stunning. He actually UNDERBID the job--it was much more of a mess than we imagined--and was willing to stick to his original quote. We appreciated his honesty, but paid him fairly for the work. He is now restoring more land for us. The indoor work he did for us--on an emergency basis--was very inexpensive and expertly done. He is a master at installing insulation and sheetrock. Extremely honest and kind man. Respectful and cheerful helpers on his crew. It is a joy to have them around. They feel like trusted family and it didn't break the bank. We were blessed to find them! He does have a lot of jobs going, so he works us in whenever he can.
Description of Work: Complete re-landscaping of 16 acre foreclosure property that was in very bad shape. Removed numerous (50+) trees, debris, scrub brush, etc. Sculpted decorative trees and remaining bushes. Burned debris onsite. Also did other handyman services with expert ability-installed new sheetrock, fixed plumbing, electrical and gutter issues.

+ -1 moreBetter than fabulous! When we returned we were literally astonished by the views he revealed and how gorgeous everything is looking. His price was more than fair and lower than the other quotes we received. He will also be repairing fences for us as well. We needed some sheetrock and small plumbing done and he did that for us too.
Description of Work: He completely cut trimmed sculpted cleared scrub trees and unwanted very large trees and restored original landscape to a terribly overgrown foreclosure property we purchased. He has completed over 6 acres thus far - with zero supervision- because we live 500 miles away. He had the vision to see how beautiful the property could be despite its horrible condition.
