He was courteous and knowledgeable. However his price was much more than I expected. He came out and tracked the problem down and he didn't allow enough time to finished the repair and he had to later return to finish the repair. He was very professional, but he didn't cover his shoes while going in and out leaving a bit of a mess.

He set a day to come back a few days later, but actually came back a day early because of a rain system on the way and he wanted to get it done before the rains came. After uncovering the septic tank, he found it to be full and in need of pumping out. He does not have a pumping truck, so he called another company to come and do that. After pumping the tank, he also pressure cleaned the fill line that exits the septic tank. This all took probably 4 hours. Had I known the problem was the tank, I could have saved some money by hiring the septic tank pumping company directly. Allison billed me for the use of his backhoe, his costs for the pumping company, and his overall time. He seems to be very knowledgeable on what needed to be done (many years experience). He was punctual and willing to finish the job earlier rather than later. I would rate him A even though the bill was very high. I would think all plumbers are high.

We have had drain problems since we built our home (12 years ago) so drain cleaning is a part of our yearly routine. Our drain clogged last night and today when we called, they came the same day. All other plumbing companies said it would be one day before they could come. Quick service and so professional. We will definitely use this company again.
