Everything went great. Showed up for estimate and install on time. Called before hand to let me know they we're on there way. Install went great they cleaned up and everything works good. I would defiantly use them again and would recommend anyone wanting a new door to use them.

I called after hours and my car was inside the garage. I could not get the door open to get the car out and I had an appointment with my surgeon the next day for a check up. I was afraid I was going to miss the appointment. I got a call from them saying they would have someone out by nine the next morning. They arrived much earlier and repaired the door. I couldn't ask for a more reliable company. They were professional, worked hard to get it done and finished in less than an hour. If you need service on a garage door, call them. You will never be sorry that you did. I can't say enough good things about them.

Perfectly! When I called to set up an appointment, they actually were able to come out that very same day. They arrived at the appointed time and completed the work to our satisfaction.

This was a GREAT experience for me, from start to finish! I wanted to have them out on the day that I closed on my hew home. So, I was in contact with them several times as the closing date changed (several times). Once the day finally arrived, they were able to be flexible with the time as I had another commitment on that morning. Once their technician David arrived he was very helpful (and patient) with me, as I didn't know what I wanted and asked lots of questions. He was able to answer them all and provided pricing for me on the spot. Once my decision was made we talked about how long it would take to get the door and have it installed. To my very happy surprise, the office manager called me that night and asked if I would like to have my new door installed the next day. The VERY next day! I understand that is not typical but I was thrilled!! David came back out the next day and was able to take care of everything, while I was at work. He called when he was almost done and I came home to do a final inspection and sign off on the completion. The door looks great and the opener is SO quiet. Our 11 year old garage door opener was acting up. My self-diagnosis was unproductive, so I called a number of local vendors. I noticed the Angies' List recommendations for Cornerstone were very positive, so I made an appointment with them to come out and diagnose the problem (their service call price was the lowest, and it was not added into the price of a unit if a new opener was installed). They called me back at 9 PM the day of my call, to schedule the next day. They called again in the morning to make sure I was available, and the service techs called when finishing their previous job, to let me know they were enroute. (I've had MULTIPLE instances in Nashville of contractors who promised to give me a heads up when coming over, only to show up before we were home.) They showed up and ran the door through tests, and confirmed my suspicion that the likely culprit was the circuit board (we ruled out the floor sensors). Their price for a Craftsman unit was WELL below other contractors for the same unit. After I agreed to the install, they got right to work, and kept with the job until the door was moving satisfactorily. They showed up when they promised - they did what they said they would do - they charged a fair price. Sadly, that's not all that common these days. You cannot go wrong with Cornerstone.

these guys are great! the remote control pad sensor for my garage door quit working, and the door was very wobbly on the track. i called them this morning, and they said they weren't sure they could get to me today but that they would try. i got a call back this afternoon saying that they could come but that it would be about 6 pm. i said that was fine, i was just grateful they could come on the same day i called them. sure enough, two very nice service guys showed up in the pouring rain, diagnosed and fixed two separate problems, and were gone within 30 minutes. you can't ask for better service than that! this is the second time i have used cornerstone for garage door problems, and i can't see any reason to call anyone else!

While he was there my neighbor came up and asked him about her garage door opener, said it wasnt working. He took it apart, put a different battery in that he had in the truck & tried it. After figuring out that that battery didnt work I went in & got one that I had. Needless it worked & she was extremely happy to be able to use the opener again.....and didnt have to try to figure out who to call. Another neighbor asked about her door also. Both those neighbors were given stickers to put by their inside button so that if they had any issues they woyuld know who to call. They also worked with me with my work schedule to get the repair done. After he was finished Jim also gave me a tutorial on how to open my garage door in case of emergency & actually let me do it so I knew how, I will definetly use them again &so will my neighbors.

Our garage door quit working late on a Friday afternoon. We called a company that had worked for us before, but they were closing for the day and couldn't have anybody come out to our house until sometime the next week. Cornerstone Door Company answered the phone right away even though it was 5:00 on Friday afternoon and scheduled a repair man to come out to our house the next morning. Henri arrived at 9:00 or so the next morning and did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional and fixed our garage door. I highly recommend this company.

Cornerstone was the first to respond to my request for a quote on replacing the torsion springs in my garage doors and offered the best deal. I received a professional email and a call explaining how the scheduling process would work. The schedule worked exactly as planned and the service techs called in advance and showed up at the beginning of the time slot that I had pre-scheduled. The work was completed within about 30 minutes and they thoroughly tested the doors to verify they functioned properly. The service techs were very professional and the actual repair price equaled the estimate provided. I have already recommended them to others. Great service.

I'd gone grocery shopping and when I returned home and tried to close my garage door, it wouldn't go all the way down. I pulled the emergency cord and tried to manually pull the door down, put it began to roll down lopsided and a couple of the wheels fell off. I ended up rolling it all the way up. I didn't know who to call, so of course I searched Angie's List for a provider. I chose Cornerstone because they were close to my area and they offered 24 hour emergency service. The receptionist was very polite when I explained to her that I needed someone to come out that same day. It was 3:40p.m. I knew it was getting late but I really didn't want to leave my garage door up all night. My deep freezer is in the garage and I had just gone shopping, plus there is a skunk that visits the neighborhood from time to time and I didn't want to offer him a place to stay for the night. Anyhoo, she contacted one of the drivers and told me that they would come out when they finished their last call of the day. They called before coming and when they arrived, they assessed the problem and quickly got to work. It took them almost an hour and a half, but they got it fixed!! And the price was very reasonable. The technician left a sticker near my wall opener with their number if I have any more problems. I am so grateful that they were able to come out at such last minute. I will definitely call them again if I have any more trouble with my garage door and I will also recommend them to anyone looking for garage repair. Thanks Cornerstone!!

Very pleased. Personal, friendly service. Called on Monday and my two garage door openers were replaced the same day. They replaced two Genie openers that were worn out. They use Craftsman garage door openers, made by Lift Master. Reliable, quiet and affordable. The job was done quickly, with no hassles and no surprises.

Their tech replaced all the springs on both garages doors, replaced defective pulley, installed new cable and ensured both openers were working properly.

Cornerstone was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Everyone in their organization is friendly, courteous and professional. Quote was fair. Lower cost alternatives were offered. Everyone was prompt and professional...on the phone, in person...all the way around. Calls were made promptly when manufacturing/scheduling issues came up. Quality of the installation work was great. I highly recommend them and will use them again...but it will take another house...because these doors look like they should last for many years.

The owner came out to measure and inspect. Jim was very helpful and courteous. The job was quoted on site and I called to confirm the appointment the next morning. On the day the appointment was made, they called to let me know what time would arrive. They arrived promptly and replaced the two garage doors quickly and with excellent work. They were organized, cleaned up after the installation and took the old garage doors away. They were a pleasure to work with and the doors perform very well. I got the name off Angies List today since there were many strong reviews. I called and left a message but they got right back to me and sent someone out right away. That was really helpful because we were struggling to open and close this double garage door. The repair took 45 minutes and they had the parts they needed. Our system is old and I was afraid they would want to replace everything instead of repairing it. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends and though Angies List.

Installers were punctual and got right to work. Work was completed quickly and the opener was of very good quality. I can't say enough about this company. The installers were very professional and courteous. There were things that they do that I consider to be above and beyond their promises. They replaced the safety sensors with new ones at no additional cost even though the old ones would have worked. Also, there was no high pressure up-sell. I was given two options, either repair or replace, and they would be happy to do either. I was so grateful to find that they had everything on the truck to either repair or replace the opener. I hate it when someone comes out, gives you a quote and then tell you that the part has to be ordered. This is a great company and I would whole heartedly refer them to anyone and would definitely use them again

Cornerstone was fantastic. One of the springs on our garage door broke, which in turn destroyed the gear on the opener. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They replaced both springs and repaired the broken gear within about an hour. I will absolutely use then again if the need ever arises. They were the local provider for our home warranty company, so I cannot comment on price.

They were professional and they did what they were supposed to. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. Their price made me go with them. I got them off the list and they're good so I went with them.

Larry Mulholland and helper removed the old system and installed the new hardware in a very orderly manner in approximately 3 hours. They cleaned up well. We are happy with the product and performance.

I had just joined Angie's List and lo and behold, that very weekend my 25 year old garage door broke. After reading through reviews from various companie's, I set up appointments with 2 (plus one outside of Angie's List.) The service was simply amazing. From being on time for the quote and answering all my questions to the timeliness of getting the door. They came out and gave me a quote, which was more reasonable than the other quotes I received. They were on time and knowledgable. I really felt comfortable and knew before he left that I was going to use Cornerstone. After I received the quote I called the office with some questions and mentioned that I was a member of Angie's List and that I obtained their company from the site. They proceeded to give me a discount, even though there wasn't one listed on the site. I ordered the door and we set up a time for the install. Jim called me before the intall time when he knew the guys were going to be a little bit late so I never had to wonder where anyone was. They took down the old door, famed the garage with wood where it was needed and installed the new door and motor. They went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. They left everything in pristine order. No nails, wood, metal or anything else, other than the new door, to show anyone had been there. The door and install work is just outstanding. I am very pleased with the service and the door. I would highly reccoment Cornerstone for garage door needs you may nave.
