The salesman/rep came on a bit too strong for me but overall they gave me a competitive price and performed their job very well.

We are an older couple, and had no air conditioning. It was an extremely hot summer. The folks at Mountain Air came out, gave us an estimate, and we said 'yes'! They installed our duct work and unit in record time, and we love it. We now look forward to the summer months. (As well as comfortable heat during the winter.)

Our old heat pump was at least 20 years old. We were using Mountain Air for repairs, trying to keep it going. (I put everything off as long as possible.) Our electric bill was outrageous. The last service call they made, the serviceman told us, you'd be better off to replace it, it's old, it's going to keep costing you money for repairs, We decided he was right. After their estimate, the appointment was set for the new unit to be installed. The first thing that impressed me with Mountain Air was the professional manner of their employees. They worked steadily throughout the day, they worked quietly and cleaned up as they installed the new unit. They resolved some issues we were having with our duct work. We went to bed that night with a much quieter unit ( I actually opened the door several times that evening to make sure it was working). We went thru the Mountain Electric to help pay for the new system, they just added a little each month to our bill till it is paid. Mountain Air did a great job. Would recommend to ANYBODY.

We went to bed that night with a much quieter unit ( I actually opened the door several times that evening to make sure it was working). Our electric bill reflects the efficiency of our new unit, and we now don't dread the bill each month. We got a Trane rebate, money back from The State of Tennessee TVA Rebate Program, and a 12 year parts and labor warranty. As a matter of fact, they do such good work, we talked talked my parents into their first heat pump. Mountain Air did a great job for them, also.
