Description of Work: Randy tried to bully two 80+ seniors to attempt to increase his profit margin. He yelled at elderly female customer when she ask to reschedule due ill health. Randy loudly and rudely informed her that she was costing him money when she didn't follow his schedule. When he was told his services were no longer needed he informed the customer that he would be providing services the following week. He had to be fired again. He is not the fellow that was originally hired.

+ -1 moreThe owner of the company made a special trip. He sprayed in the house and then located the nests and trails around the house. The main nest when uncovered looked like the ground was moving. He sprayed every nest and trail and returned approximately 3 days later to follow up. He returned recently for the quarterly spraying and we still haven't seen an ant yet. I am a renter and the service is provided by our landlord. They have an account that covers periodic and problem specific service calls.
Description of Work: eradicated a carpenter ant problem.
