Not only did they get the tank pumped out but left my yard in the same shape it was in before they came. This was all done in a Sunday morning.

They pumped the tank and that was all. The line from 2nd dwelling is still clogged, and they did not complete back filling the dirt they removed leaving a crater over septic, and clumps of dirt around it. Have a neighbor had a backfill problem similar to this last fall.

They did a very good job. They responded within a couple of hours - when i made the initial call, I told them it was not an emergency. The came out the same day, look at the job, gave an estimate, and completed the job the same afternoon. Very pleased and will use again.

Owner came by and made a fast measurement of Tub and I suggested a 3 piece shower might be best as space was limited. About a month later the shop called and said the shower was in, we went and looked at the shower and it was a two piece. We called a couple of weeks later and requested they install the shower. While installing the tub part of shower the walls in the bathroom were damaged but they did get it in but the shower wall would not at all fit, so a two piece wall was brought in and the employees installed the two piece on the existing tub which was a different color and did not match at all after we complained a tub made for the three piece unit was brought in. The shower doors we had for the old unit was 6 inches too short for the new unit so we had to have another set of doors and they where 3 inches above the new walls. I asked the owner Robert where he had bought the new unit that I wanted to call and see if they had doors to match the unit. I called the place where he had bought the unit and they said yes they could order doors for the unit after asking Robert to order doors they were installed. The left hand door when brought to right side of shower has a 3/4" gap at top and the right hand door when brought to the left has a 3/4" gap also, but both work fairly well when left to their own side. I went under house and checked work that had been done there and found the water lines where 18" longer than they should be therefore I could not insulate them, when asked they shortened them. The shower drain was leaking in two places and they hopefully repaired them. The employees did not use shoe covering even on rainy and muddy days. My wife had to place mats down .

The work he did was okay but the price he charged was terrible. It took 45 minutes and there's no way he should've charged so much.

Technicians agreed water heater had been installed incorrectly. Instead of sitting directly on floor should be up off floor which they took care of. Also installed 2 new fittings. Their diagnosis was condensation from sitting on cold floor, not being elevated. Even tho installed incorrectly by this company last year we were still charged exhorbitant rate. The company does not back their work. I asked the technicians to have their boss call me. So far have not heard a word. No customer satisfaction here.
