Excellent job, very easy, professional to work with and punctual

Bill was awesome, got my unit back up and running in no time, price was great and he is very knowledgeable, he talked me through every step and was super friendly.

Bill is awesome! This is the first time I've used him. He answered his own phone (first call), was able to squeeze me in the same day I called, and showed up on time. He fixed a gas leak, fixed an exhaust pipe from the furnace, and fixed the upstairs A/C. He also helped me get our gas log fireplace started, which hasn't been on in years. Another Bonus: he fixed the instant hot water machine under the kitchen sink! Bill was very knowledgeable and honest. He was careful, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely keep him on speed dial. Thank you Bill!

Great! We are enjoying our new total electric heat pump. Pricing was very reasonable. Any future HVAC work I will have Bill do for us. I'll be glad to refer him to anyone else who needs HVAC work.

Bill is AWESOME! He showed up when he said he was going to, explained the issues that I was having, gave me an estimate that was well below any other estimate I'd received for a bigger and better heat pump-came with the equipment when he said he would, replaced the unit and then followed up to assure it was working correctly AND followed up again to make sure that I'd filled out the warranty information to the manufacturer. I've recommended Bill to many of my friends and counterparts at work which have used him too with great satisfaction. I'd have Bill do my work again, HANDS DOWN and NEVER check anyone else. He's won my trust as a valued HVAC repairman and I'd trust him to work at my home without me there. He is a 12 on a scale of 1-10 !!!!!

Fantastic!!! I've had issues with my heat pump in previous years. Sometimes it would work correctly,sometimes it would not. This past winter the heat went completely out and I was forced to use space heaters all winter long. In the past I've had several repairmen come to my house to figure out what was wrong with my heat pump(big name and no name)They all told me nothing was wrong with it, and each one charged me $70,$80,$90 for the service fee. Mr. Granger was the only one that actually found the problem!! He gave me a good deal,he did a great job,but more importantly,he was HONEST!!! WILLRECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

Mr. Granger was very knowledgeable and courteous. Also fixed the wiring to my thermostat that I didn’t know was bad. Would definitely hire again, and will.

Bill did an amazing job. He is excellent at troubleshooting any problem you have with your HVAC unit and really takes the time to make sure your issue is resolved. He is prompt, courteous, affordable, and very knowledgeable with HVAC and electrical issues. I highly recommend his services.

Great price, he only charge 85 dollars per hour, And I don’t have to be there when he is fixing. He is honest on the hours. he will tell me how many hours did he spend, so the bill will be 85 dollars per hour times how many hours he spent, and he don’t make additional money on the part. He is honest person, and I always pay him immediately I will hire him again....

It went really well, as always. Mr. Granger has worked on my heat pump several times and has always gotten the work done quickly and efficiently. I also feel he is extremely fair regarding his rate and would definitely recommend him.

I'm very picky and detailed person, but this company did a very good job. I was pleased with their service. They did the job in a timely manner and professionally. I would use them again.

He does all the carpentry and electrical work that all of my neighbors and church mates was asking for him. It always been a 10 rating. He is the most well mannered person I've ever seen when I saw him on the door, explained everything before he does anything. He is one of a kind person and his qualities was unique. If I'm not satisfied with the work he came to my house to answered my questions by showing me what was going on and he did not charged me that time. He is reasonable because he gave me a better quality in a fair price.

I called him as a second opinion after the first company had quoted $3,200. He did a thorough inspection, he stated the problem was with a completely different issue and the repair would cost between $250-300 compared to what the first company quoted. He promptly ordered the part and it was fixed within the week. He did a great job and explained the whole process in case something happens again. I had a follow up two weeks later on an issue regarding my refrigerator and instead of charging me, he walked me through the simple fix. This saved me a tremendous amount of time. I would recommend him for any service in the Bristol area.
