We needed to refinish the wood floors in my mother's home in order to prepare it for sale. I had multiple recommendations from people in the flooring business who said "William Booher is your guy, if you can get on his schedule. he's in high demand." I called him and he answered right away. I explained to him the situation and he was able to come up that day and do an estimate. because it was a smaller job, he could fit me in but would then be booked for the next 2 weeks. His bid was fair and the multiple other recommendations made me comfortable in accepting his bid. They started work the next day and originally we were just going to do the main hallway (even though William recommended doing all of the floors at the same time). As I watched him sand the floor and bring out the true look of the wood, I realized he was right. I stopped him and told him we would do all of the floors. It was absolutely the right decision. He even came out with his crew the next day (Saturday) and finished the sanding and applied the first coat of stain. The floors were even and simply beautiful. I see now why he garnered such excellent recommendations. His advice was spot on and the quality of work was spectacular. He was honest, fair, punctual and did fantastic work. I particularly appreciate his coming out on Saturday as I was in from out of town. I would certainly use them again and William has my highest recommendation. Thanks guys!
