Ken Kotowski did our home inspection for our home purchase. Immediately upon meeting him I was impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. Upon arrival, he did a high level overview of repairs that needed to be done and explained the concerns he had and why. I can tell that he is experienced and personable and I highly recommend him. He also quickly responded to any questions or comments I had prior to the inspection and during. Ken's detailed inspection allowed us to see things that we wouldn't have otherwise. I hired Ken back in May to do a home inspection. He was very detailed oriented, and do to his attention to detail, we decided not to buy the house we were looking at. About a month ago, we found another house we were interested in buying. I called Ken in a second time, with out any qualms or hesitation. He again did a great job for us, and because of his experience and knowledge, he pointed out several things that the seller took care of prior to the VA sending someone out to approve the house. We're now closing on the house. If you want a honest inspection of your home hire Ken. He'll give you a honest opinion of what he finds, he doesn't try to upsell other services of people he may know. Ken will tell you what is up with the home, it may not be what you want to hear, but he'll be honest. Ken will take the time to explain what he finds and he'll put it in terms easy to understand.

Very good and experienced...

We hired Ken to do a home inspection on a new home we were looking at buying. I found Ken to be very through, competent, and concerned about a possible future purchase of the home. Due to his knowledge and professionalism he saved us from a MAJOR new home headache. Would I recommend Ken again, a resounding YES, will I use Ken again? Yes with out any qualms. Ken thanks for the very detailed job you did.

He did an extremely detailed job. He was very prompt in scheduling and completing the inspections..He provided a written inspection findings and provided pictures. He did an outstanding job. I would recommend him if you need a home inspection and want to know exactly what needs to be done to the home before buying.

Ken was amazing from start to finish. Very courteous and extremely professional, knew what he was doing and what to look for in damages and problem areas. Let me know up front that he only inspects one house per day because it takes him 3-5 hours. True to his word he was at the home for about 3.5 hours and gave a very good report with detailed pictures for each problem stated. I would recommend Ken to ANYONE needing a home inspection, he does a phenomenal job.

Ken took the extra time to allow myself and my husband to follow him while he was inspecting the home. He patiently answered all of our questions, offered suggestions, and was easy to understand. He was willing to assess the repairs we'd be completing. He's very personable and down to earth. Good guy.

Ken did an absolutely fantastic job. He is very detailed with his Inspection process and is very willing to discuss/suggest the report and pictures with you once completed. His due diligence allows you as the homebuyer/owner to put full trust in his work. Ken treats his inspections as if it were his own home. Having the home we intended to buy inspected by Ken at Tori Cities Home Inspections was definitely money well spent. We were very satisfied with the specificity of the home inspection and the floor plan we requested as the house was older and none was available. We received almost 200 photos the same evening as the inspection. A very detailed report with recommendations was delivered the next morning. Ken's integrity and dedication are not an easy find these days and we were able to make the best decision because of Ken's thoroughness.

Ken is a thorough professional. I'm delighted to have hired him to inspect the recent installation of my metal roof. He found a number of areas where the installers need to make corrections and which will save me a lot of trouble in the long run. Ken Kotowski at Tricities Home Inspections was extremely efficient and easy to work with. His report was very easy for me to read and understand. The report he gave us had 143 photos and was extremely thorough and detailed. He noticed more details than any other previous home inspector I had hired in the past, I would strongly recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat! You can tell he works very hard on your inspection, and still has a <24 hour turnaround time. I felt his price was very fair as well, compared to others.
