The Right Choice

They responded quickly they charged the system and my condenser was leaking was their diagnosis however instead of quoting me a price on repair they quickly turned to replacing the unit with another system. If they knew this repair would not fix the problem they should have informed me that refilling the system would not be effective however they charged it with 3 lbs of r-22 which cost me 63.00 and a 79.00 tune up fee for a total of 142.00. 2 day later the unit failed an telephone call to Tony indicated he was not intent on fixing but intent on selling me another unit a maytag, i believe. . With the repair lasting only 2 days i would have thought they would have came by to verify their diagnosis but that was not even mentioned just basically well i guess it did not work However, after his tone and response i decided to end our relationship and find another company to do business with. I chose Tri Cities Air Conditioner and i am glad i did. Sorry for Tony and his father but customer care is very important and it is the reason i have a Trane and not a maytag. Tony and his father were very polite and responded quickly i cannot fault them for that. I understand that replacing the condenser is a labor intensive job and he may have considered that before quoting me a repair however he did not attempt to quote the repair he was more intent on selling me another unit.

It was fantastic. They installed our heating and air about three years ago. They are excellent. They are incredibly professional and their service is fantastic. We would probably try and hire them to come to Brentwood and fix it because we are moving.

They are incredibly trust worthy. We got the proper service that we needed. He gave us a lot of options. Our old units were about to die and he came out in a timely fashion. He has been nothing but fantastic after the sales.
