Everything was done in the time frame promised, at the rate quoted. We have absolutely no complaints. I recommend them highly!

As far as the inspection goes, Slagle Exterminating Co. was very polite and they were very quick. They did what they needed to do.

They took care of the problem, they are competent. They were punctual, courteous, and professional.

They were very nice, but Canon was the person who came out to do the inspection and he was just very thorough and very friendly and straightforward. He was humorous, which was nice. When we have small insects dwelling in the home, they'll love us a lot. They had to come out again on 3 different days because of weather and because the job was kind of substantial. The service was good. The guys came out and did the estimate and then other team to actually do the pest control and they had to drill holes on a concrete floor and inter-block walls and stuff. They were very thorough about sweeping out the dustings and they cleaned up themselves.

They did a good job. They have a tenancy to call the night before they are coming and sometimes it does not work. If they called a few days before, it would be better than calling last minute the night before. For price, I don't have any experience with anybody else, they are probably the same as everybody else.

I called earlier in the week and they scheduled an appointment immediately. They arrived when they said they would; and as they were treating spoke to me about how termites behave and how I could do things to help keep infestations down. I have used Slagle before and have great confidence in their knowledge and their professionalism.

I called the company before 10am and explained the problem we were having (ants in the kitchen), also inquiring about the procedures/safety when pets are in the home. The person answering the phone took my name, address and phone number and told me a technician would be calling me back to answer questions and set up a time. It has been 12 hours and no phone call. Needless to say I didn't wait past noon. I called another exterminator rated well on this list and they had a technician at my home within 2 to 3 hrs.

Tech person came in on time for job and helped me move some furniture. He then pulled carpet back from wall and drilled all holes in foundation on interior slab and then exterior patio. Holes were pumped and then filled with cement. Walls were drilled with small hole less than 1/4" on every 16" and foamed. Sheet rock was filled and since my walls were natural in color the caulk matched very good and was very hard to find after filled. Carpet was replace and he helped move furniture back. Outside exterior was rodded with spray around foundation. Job was well below other estimates as much as 1/2 from one quote. Total job took about 6 hours but I helped as much as I could.

They were very detail oriented and made sure the basement as well as our two car garage was covered with this treatment. They were professional, very knowledgeable, and the price they gave us came in a thousand or so dollars less than all the other companies that we called.
