These guys are more like the 3 Stooges than plumbers. Mike is the boss man. He answers the phone, chats up the customer, grins and says they'll get right to it. Next guy is Will, he calls the next morning, has no information but says he'll be at the site within the hour. Two hours later, Dave calls. He's the best of all, says he is in route. Says Will got pulled off on an emergency. Tells me he will inspect to see what materials are needed and call me back. Four hours later I called and found him at home where he said he hadn't been to the site but was waiting for the "boss man" to bring him a check. He said he hadn't been to the site because he didn't want to waste the gasoline. At 3:30 he was finally at Lowe's to get materials. Said he would go directly to the site and work until the job was finished. He estimated 3 to 4 hours. I told him he might run out of daylight. He said he had a flashlight. Next day I called to see if the job was complete, left that message and never got a call back. Two hours later I called the "boss man" (Mike) and asked him to determine if the job was completed. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes. He did not call me back. Two hours later I called back and got his voice mail, where I managed to convey my displeasure. He never called back. But Will called shortly thereafter saying he was just checking to see if the job was done and was planning to go out and check. I told him to do whatever he wanted to do but that I had no confidence that he would. That's how we left it. And I still don't know if my pipes are protected or not. Unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. It's almost impossible to find an honest, reliable plumber in Bristol, TN/VA.
Description of Work: Was asked to wrap water pipes in crawl space in a summer house to protect from impending freeze.

The first guy who came was very quiet, and had a bit of trouble finding our septic line in the yard. He left and the other man who came was very good and explained what he was doing. They installed a fitting to make snaking the line easier in the future, and then snaked to clogged line. The second man was very patient and answered all of our questions. He said that he lowed the charges since he knew that my husband had recently passed away, and I think that is nice. But the price seemed pretty high to me just for snaking the line, but I had never had it done before, as a new homeowner, so I really don't know.
Description of Work: Snaked the septic main line & installed a fitting
