+ -1 moreService person scheduled promptly. Arrived with parts available. Was efficient, courteous and quick. When fridge stopped cooling the next week, the owner himself came and repaired relay at no extra charge. They are my heroes!
Description of Work: Our whirlpool side by side ice maker was broken and we were pressed with time to get home on market.

Description of Work: Terry at Quality Appliance was able to fix my ice maker in one visit. Two other repair companies had come out a total of 5 other times attempting to fix it but were not able to do the repairs. Needless to say, I'll call Terry the next time I need to have an appliance repaired.

+ -1 moreIt did take 2 days before the repairman could come to my house. I was very pleased with the work they did. Would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: My fridge had quit cooling...the repairman found the problem really quickly. The fan had gone out. Thankfully the repairman had the part on his truck and fixed my fridge. It has worked great ever since!

We have, however, been very happy with the company and their work. We will call them if we need repair work done in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreIt went great--very happy with the results. He did more and went way out of his way to make sure fridge was installed correctly and with all the necessary parts!!!! A bright spot in the construction industry!!
Description of Work: Replaced (warranty) water filter but also took it upon himself to evaluate, order, return and then repair installation deficits that were made during original installation of refrigerator---which he did not originally install! Basically re-set my refrig, added new rails to the freezer, adjusted frig & freezer doors & panels on doors!! He did a better job than I had hope anyone could/would do on an after-market install Great guy, too!

+ -1 moreThey are excellent. He does it right and will work with you until it is solved. He doesn’t give a quick fix; he will get to the root of the problem. I called him about two weeks ago for my microwave. He was honest with me and told me it would be better for me to buy a new one rather than fixing it.
