They come out whenever you need. They are great! They are professional and courteous. It took them 6 mo. to help us get rid of our rat problem. But they were so good and came out everyday if I needed them to.

Description of Work: Examined some rotted wood on the roof eave. We thought it was termites but he assured us that it was carpenter ants and that the area was dry so no ants were presently enjoying a meal there. He told us what to do to eradicate the ant problem and told us he would spray quarterly if we chose to do so. He was very professional and accommodating. He did not charge us for the inspection.

Description of Work: We live out in the country in the mountains of Southwest Virginia, which is a long drive from Leo's Pest Control office. We were not sure we had termites in the main house so the service person checked and said no termites found so there would be no charge. We asked him to check the shed out back and he found termites there. The first visit to correct the issue with the shed was on a rainy morning. He could have proceeded and I never would have questioned it, but he told me he'd come back so the preparation wouldn't wash away. A week later he made the long drive again and the job was done. Leo's staff is honest, provides prompt, courteous, and professional service. We signed up for a yearly check and service for house and shed.

They are prompt and they do what they do what they say they are going to do. We have never had any issues with them and are pleased with the service!

We have an ongoing contract with them. I have one person that I call when I need something so he knows my house and what to do. They come whenever I call and I will use them again in the future.

Very good..did not make me sign a contract..let me decide when to stop spraying..and if I have problem they will come back...only have to pay the months they spray...Very nice...would recommend and they did get rid of all bugs....
