I called Jack Kite Company for an estimate for a heat pump installation and Joe Kite came out on Monday, July 10th. He told me exactly what I needed and would send me an estimate by email that evening. I received no estimate so I called the office the next morning, Tuesday. The receptionist said she would check with the lady who sends them when she returned to her desk. At 1:33pm Tuesday, July 10th, Joe Kite called asking if they could get into my gated back yard and I advised yes. He said he would send me the estimate over. It's now July 20th and no estimate has ever been received. I called Lowe's installation services and on 7/14 they sent out an HEP, Inc estimator who gave me the estimate for a Tempstar top of the line 3.5 ton single package unit with new pad and thermostat stand in the yard. It was installed yesterday in less than 5 hours. I do not recommend Jack Kite Company. Call HEP. They do HVAC plumbing roofing septic and electric fast!

I called to get an appointment and went on to work. Less than an hour later they called to say a technician was on his way. We arrived about the same time and he set to work. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermocouple and replaced it. All told, it took about an hour and the stove works like a charm now.

Fantastic! We have 3 forced air units that are all 20 years old. Each unit has problems from time to time due to age and wear & tear. Jack Kite's service personnel and the dispatcher are ALWAYS prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We have used them for multiple repairs and never get the feeling they're just trying to bilk us or sell us anything we don't need or can't afford. I would never use any other company for my HVAC needs!!!!

Call a around 10 in the morning and the crew came in the early afternoon. They quickly found the issue and replaced the part. Honest quick service.

They had a very quick response. I called during a heat wave and all the other companies could not come out for 5-7 days. They came out in a day and a half.

I had previously used this provider to add Freon refrigerant. This property is in the country so I knew I might need to pay extra for the 20-30 minute drive required by the serviceman, so I made sure they knew the system I had, and I asked them to bring a replacement fan. When the serviceman arrived, he told me that the unit was not under warranty and that there was only one Goodman service center in our area who could do a warranty repair. After he looked at the unit, he told me he needed to go back to Jack Kite Company in Bristol to get a fan motor. I asked why he didn't bring one with him and he said he didn't know we needed one. When we received the invoice from Kite I realized he had charged an additional hour lo labor for the extra round trip to fetch the fan motor. A few months later that fan motor needed replacement again. At that time I did not use Angie's list, so I called around and found a different service provider who looked up the serial number of my heat pump and confirmed that it was indeed still under warranty. He also said that any service company should have been able to call up Goodman and conduct the warranty repair. I was told that the fan installation I had paid for may not have been done correctly, but the new repair would be covered. The Goodman HVAC was still under manufacturer's warranty and I did not pay anything additional for a third fan motor to be installed. This one is still working fine.

They've completely done the HVAC work in one facility. The price is good and they're excellent. They have also been at my house recently to work on my personal HVAC system.

They were very, very good. It is an excellent company. I would absolutely use them again.

There had been a strange odor when I turned up the heat for the first time. Normally, I would just have chalked it up to dust in the vent but it kept setting my fire alarm/ carbon monoxide detector off, so I wanted someone to check it out to be sure. I called but since a cold snap had a bunch of people calling in, it was the next day before someone could come. The technician thought it was probably dust, but treated my concerns seriously and did a thorough inspection. At the end, he gave me his personal cell phone number in case I needed him to come back again. Needless to say, I was very impressed.

They were unable to get to me on the day I call, but a serviceman arrived promptly the next morning. He examined the unit thoroughly, cleaned the pilot light, and took great pains to explain everything. He spent over an hour. At the end, he gave me his name (Brian) and his cell phone number so that I could call him if I had any further concerns. I have used this company several times in the past and have been impressed with the professionalism of their employees.
