Turner, Sr. Mr. Turner was a second-generation paver that aimed to provide affordable asphalt services to the citizens of the Tri-Cities area (TN/VA). Mr. Turner took pride in the quality of work he provided his customers, many who have been loyal for decades. Our motto is that "dreams are paved with asphalt".
