 + -1 moreThey came out the next day, the tech was professional and prompt. He corrected the issue during the initial visit so no additional service was required.
Description of Work: The deadbolt lock on a 14 year-old Peachtree door had become jammed and I could not get out the back door. The tech was able to use a substitute part for the repair and it now works fine. Even though it was not the same as the original mechanism, it now easily locks and unlocks.

Description of Work: Stopped by the showroom to look at home safes, very pleased with the price, quality, and service. I purchased a Winchester Safe, they were helpful, and delivered the safe on time and as promised. Very nice people to deal with.

Description of Work: My house was broken into so I call this company and a very professional locksmith recommended Medeco high security locks for my home. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and the tech arrived on time. Work was done promptly, professionally and assured me that no keys could be made unless I said so. He cleaned up afterwards and left me with all warranty and contact information for the company. I love the locks and am considering having them installed on my parents home.

 + -1 moreTerrible - I bought a new house and planned a couple of weeks in advance for all of the locks to be changed at closing. The guy came unprepared and said he had to order the parts. Several weeks later I am still waiting for this guy to do the job. I called him and he said he was still waiting for the parts because they sent him the wrong parts twice already.- warning # 1. I told him that I would place the order myself online and call him in a few days after the parts arrived. After the locks arrived, I called him and it took him about a week or so to get to me. He was tired when he arrived and not too personable - warning # 2. Two of the pinpad locks didn't even work after he left because they were installed wrong and unlevel. When he came back the second time, he brought a leveler, but apparantly does not know how to use it. After he left the second time, the locks still were not level and did not operate properly. Therefore, I had to hire someone else to fix the shoddy work done by this locksmith.
Description of Work: Installed three pinpad locks and four dummy knobs and changed two cylinders.
