Despite the extreme heat outside, the team was quick to respond and prioritized getting my family’s air conditioning up and running so we could stay comfortable. The team was not only prompt but also professional throughout the entire process. Having worked with Air Movers for both commercial and residential projects, I can confidently say they are consistently reliable, fair with their pricing, and always maintain high standards of professionalism. Highly recommended!

+ -1 moreFirst tech said he thought it was a leak, but didn't check for one. He wasted nearly 6 pounds of refrigerant and drove off. Still no AC! Cost $230! Called and they sent another tech who said he also suspected a leak and he actually tested for a leak and found it and made the repair. No charge for the additional refrigerant cause it wasn't fixed the first time. My problem is I shouldn't have had to pay for the first visit because it wasnt fixed. I called the company to express this but no one called back.

+ -1 moreI contacted as part of a estimate that I took from three different contractors . Not only did the follow up the soonest they were the most knowledgable . They came to install , their estimate was correct . Very friendly and honest people , that know what they are doing and won't try to rip you off like so others in the area . I will use air movers for all of my hvac needs in the future .

+ -1 moreI use Air Movers at a 50 unit apartment complex for heat and air service. I have used them for service for probably over 10 years. They are very reliable and dependable. I use them for service on many units that are 30 years old and they have also replaced several entire units.The residents here are elderly and some on oxygen, Air Movers is very prompt especially due to these circumstances. i called yesterday because we had 3 units that we did not feel were cooling properly and they have already been here today and taken care of them. Bill Marsh, the service manager is extremely professional. My biggest battle as a property manager is finding outside contractors that are dependable and professional. I have found this with Air Movers.

Description of Work: Air movers where recommended as the authorized service for my new Amana 4 season room heat pump that did not seem to work right. I called on Monday morning, about an hour later, Kevin, one of the service guy called me back, and showed up on my door steps. He called as he was pulling in. He took the unit apart, checked out a few things and determined that one of the sensors was defective. and needed to be replaced. These are not kept in stock so I was to wait till it arrives (about a week was the ETA). Thursday I got a call from Kevin again asking if I was available to put the part in since it was received sooner than expected. He showed up 15mn later, installed the part and checked the unit. Everything is now working properly. GREAT SERVICE, this was a warranty work so no money was exchanged. I was treated with the same respect and promptness as if I had been a paying customer. I highly recommend this company and will be using it for all my maintenance work.

+ -1 moreAfter three visits it was determined that there was a wiring problem and I needed an electrician to repair it. I was charged for labor and materials for all three visits. I called to complain and they reluctantly agreed to take off $38.40 for the super boost I didn't need with no adjustment for the inept diagnosis. Several months later, they turned me over to a collection agency for failure to pay the $38.40. I wrote a letter to the company and never got a response.
Description of Work: Evaluated A/C unit for tripping circuit breaker. Replaced breaker. Installed super boost.
