What I liked about it was that Patrick was a perfectionist. The framing was customized for us with a special tool he uses. He put on a detailed beveled edge to the frames on the windows, which looks amazing. The windows all have a lifetime warrantee. He has had to come out one time to fix something for me. Even though it was my fault, he fixed the problem and didn't charge me for the service call. He really stands behind his product and he is a man of his word. He sells the windows, but he is also deeply involved in the installation so that the whole company is on the same page. He leads his crew of workers, working right alongside them. He is excellent with the follow-through.

The service went great. I've had one experience with another window installer that was horrible from start to finish. Sterling came in and gave me an honest estimate. They were on time for the installation. They cleaned up after they finished. There was never any problems with the installation.

A representative came to our home and did an estimate. The windows had to be specially ordered because they are odd sizes. We waited approximately two weeks for the windows to be manufactured. The workers arrived in a timely manner, were very professional and courteous and completed the job in about eight hours. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward.
