BEWARE all AHS customers - they will try to send this company out to fix your unit. Also see "drain go" for reviews it is the same company. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. We scheduled our first appointment with them from 8-1 at 11 am (after my husband stayed home all morning for work) they called and asked to reschedule for 1-5. That's happened twice. When you call the office either no one nswers or you are put on hold or 30 minutes while they try to contact the technician - which they never do. They never fixed the poorly functioning AC unit (utilities 330 this month for a house that never gets below75). I called them to come back out and I requested first appointment of the day since I am working nights - they say sure no problem! The window was 8-1 and they showed up at 1:48pm despite my calling twice that morning to verify that I was in fact the 8am appointment.. No one even called to let me know it would be later. The technician called 2minutes before he arrived, so dont expect much notice They again didn't fix the problem or even come up with any explanation, in fact the house is now HOTTER. If you have has and they try to send this company out do yourself a favor and refuse politely and request another company.

5/4/10 air conditioner blowing hot air. I call my first american home warranty to file a claim. 5/5/10 Meagan from airgo calls to set an appt. and on 5/6/10 airgo heating arrives at 7:45am while I am leaving to go to work. Meagan at airgo says the technician always calls 30 minutes before he arrives but he did not call me. I call airgo on my lunch break and am put on hold several times by several diffrent females for a total of about 15 minutes to tell me that he has not been at my house yet but he will call before he arrives, he never called me. I returned home that evening around 6 pm expecting cold air but there was none. I saw an invoice from airgo on my table which I could not read so I called airgo who told me that the motor in the outside unit needed to be replaced and that the technician would be picking it up the following morning. 5/7/10 I return home hoping for cold air but nothing has been done. Noone from airgo has called me on this day so I call airgo and ask what is going on. Meagan has me on hold for about 15 minutes and then returns to tell me that the fan crumbled to pieces while trying to swap the motors and that the airgo technician would be going to Memphis the following morning in hopes that he would find a compatable fan. I told Meagan to have the technician to call me and let me know what is going on and then I ask Meagn for the owners name and then I call him to tell him of the poor customer service. I told him"You are the owner of this business and I thought you might like to know what is going on with your companies customer service". He did not want to hear one word I had to say. My complaints are long wait times on the phone, noone calls you to let you know what is going on, the technician does not call before arriving and inconsistancy with what the office tells me and that which the technician tells me, so I called First American home warranty and filed a complaint about airgo's service. 5/8/10 technician calls to tell me that he has found the fan but I am the last one on his list today and so he arrives around 6pm and installs the new fan on the new motor and gets the whole unit running andd working. Contraray to what Meagan told me over the phone, the technician shows me my old motor and fan and and says the old fan was rusted on the old motor and he could not seperate the old fan off of the old motor to put on the new motor. Inconsistancy!! 5/24/10 air conditioning blowing hot air, I call my home warranty to file another claim. 5/27/10 airgo comes but I arrive home to find no phone calls, no new invoice, ll and call Meagan at Airgo who in turn gets the technician (Billy, I believe) on a three way call who tells me my condensor coil is leaking and there is a short in the wiring and that he will recommend a new unit to my home warranty. After a few days of hearing nothing I call home warranty and they say they are trying to find a coil. Airgo-i am getting a whole new unit. Inconsistant!!!!!!!!!
