I have 3 kids, a dog and a cat and our carpets looked great when he was done. John was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Best experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaning service. John (the owner of Wingfield Carpet Cleaning Service) arrived on time and did the job himself. That was immediately impressive. It was a busy day at our home as I had 4 different service companies do work during the same 4 hour period. This meant John needed to work around the schedules of the others since he couldn't clean rooms until the others were done in those rooms. John respected the need to coordinate with others and he did. While never stopping, he moved from room to room based on availability. Because carpet cleaning involves bringing in hoses attached to trucks, it can get messy. Not an issue with John. He was neat and clean throughout the job. I talked thru what we wanted in every room. John was refreshing in that he didn't try to sell me extra expensive services. He even agreed the coating some services try to sell you probably wasn't cost effective for my situation. It became apparent early-on that John had integrity. Again, refreshing given other experiences with carpet cleaning services. John also asked me to check each room as he completed the cleaning to make sure he met my expectations. He also pointed out one discoloration prior to cleaning a particular room that may not totally come out. I appreciated that. However, he was able to make it go away anyway, a pleasant surprise. John completed all the work on time despite the coordination issues. He graciously left fans going in my master bedroom because he knew we needed it completely dry by evening. He arranged to have me leave the fans on my back porch so he could pick them up the next day. He gave me his cell phone if any issues came up and encouraged me to call. Overall outstanding job by John. Wingfield was recommended to me by a friend but they had no Angie List reviews, so I was hesitant. I'm so glad I went with them over the many services listed with "A" grades and numerous reviews. Wingfield Carpet Cleaning Service is a diamond in the rough. I understand they've focused on commercial until recently and are now doing all the residential work they can get. They will not be secret for long. I highly recommend you give them a try.
