When I explained where I had a roof leak right below a gutter, he said your gutter is bent a little and needs to be bent up a tad. Well, if I were him and wanted to go out of my way for a customer, I would have bent the gutter while I was up there. I, the customer, does not have a 30' ladder to get up there. Thanks!

There was some confusion about them contacting me after I requested the service through Angie's List. The result was that they called me at work from my house, saying they were there, and I was not expecting them. In fact I was planning to call Angie's to say I had not heard from them. In the end I asked them to go ahead, and they did a very good job.

These guys are the best. I use them in the spring and fall to clean my gutters and wash my windows. Great small business, I highly recommend them.

Jason showed up with 1 other crew worker to perform the window washing, pressure washing, hand cleaning the gutters and pressure washing the gutters. They were prompt when they arrived. Scheduling was a super quick, which was a pleasant surprise with the holidays being right around the corner. My windows literally have never looked so clean, my only regret is not having them done the last 5 years we've been in the house! They worked hard, the weather was getting colder and it started to rain, but they continued to plug away until everything was finished and complete. Even though it was a long list to get through, they took their time and did it right. I couldn't be more pleased and the fact that Jason, the owner worked right beside his crew- spoke volumes of his work ethic and character. He's earned my business again and I will be calling them again to schedule my next window wash in the spring. Bravo! To a job well done!

The two-man crew arrived within the one-hour timeframe they gave, worked efficiently, cleaned up afterwards. All the surfaces were badly stained with black stuff from tree aphids. The windows glean and the deck has not been so clean since it was first installed. An Angie's list special offer made it very affordable. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use them again.

Scheduled it very quickly after we purchased the "deal", for a day that we had requested. Very professional. Jason and an assistant arrived at the time they had scheduled. Cleared all gutters and bagged the debris as they cleaned, leaving no debris in the yard or plants. Have already scheduled them to clean all windows in January, and would gladly use them again for gutter cleaning.

Poor customer service. I would expect a call or e-mail if the provider was not able to keep his appointment. I waited 40 some minutes before calling both of his phone numbers. I then called Angie's List. They could not contact the provider as well and will issue a refund. They did confirm by the provider that he was scheduled for today.

They came out twice. They first did the gutters and then they came back and did the windows. I liked them a lot I just thought they missed a few things that they should have caught. They didn't clean inside the windows. They cleaned the glass fine, just not inside the window itself.

Wonderfu, friendly, respectful, not a spot of water left inside on window sills, wals or floors. I was satisfied with their original quote and when they were done, they even had done the windows in the garage door that I never thought about plus reduced their price well below the lower end of the original quoted price range.

The work performed was good; however, additional work was needed, (e.g.: interior of windows and window wells). Based on the pricing, it would have cost double or triple the price to have included these areas also.

Absolute excellent job!! I had been putting off having this done thinking it was going to be really expensive and I could just do it myself. They are incredibly affordable and do excellent work. They showed up exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. They did a total of 16 windows with screens, 2 double patio doors, and one entry door. They took off all the screens and cleaned them and cleaned the windows inside and out including all of the tracks. Let me tell you, since I had been putting it off the gunk was built up! It took 2 guys a total of 2 hours, which would've taken me 2 days to do myself. Will totally hire them again...and now probably a couple times a year!!

I was not home when the services were performed. They did a good job, but I noticed the window pane above the door was not cleaned. I'm not sure it was supposed to be included, so it is not a big deal.

Great experience! We had a big job--power washing house, shed, and walkways plus cleaning 26 multi-pane windows with storms (many of them had to come off and go back on), as well as multiple doors--but the guys got the work done in a day and a half and the quality of the work was excellent. Yes, it was costly but the results were worth every penny we spent. Couldn't be happier and would definitely use their services next time we need this cleaning done.

The team arrived exactly on time on the date promised. They were very cordial and after letting me know they'd arrived, they began work immediately and did a very careful, thorough job of washing all exterior windows. To be honest, I only paid $79 for the job because of a special they'd offered through Angie's List, so my expectations were not all that high because the cost was so reasonable. My outside windows had not been cleaned in a long time, and they did a GREAT job. My windows sparkled when they finished, and I am very pleased with the job they did. I would definitely contact them in the future when my windows need washing again. It is a task I cannot do myself, and they made it very affordable and also did a great job.
