I was very pleased with the service, the price, the punctuality, and courtesy of Window Guys. I would highly recommend them. They accepted the Angie's List coupon and gave a fair price for doing the inside windows also. I even had them change the exterior flood light bulbs. It was a pleasure to deal with therm from the initial call for an appointment to the end of the service.

The workers were friendly and professional. In light of the number of windows I have rather than charging me per window they should have charged a base or give a discount. That would have made sure he covered all the windows. The garage doors were not cleaned and because of the price the door wasn’t done. I think overall they did a good job, but they did not do all the windows so I wasn't pleased with that part.

Appointment date and time was convenient - accommodating to my schedule. Arrived right on time. Courteous staff. Exterior siding was very dirty - power washing and scrubbing with brush to assure dirt, grime, mold etc was removed top to bottom. Windows and screens cleaned thoroughly inside and out. House is gleaming. Staff worked hard but remained up beat and friendly throughout. Very good job. Highly recommend. Will continue to use them on an annual basis.

This was a $79 big deal purchase. It was fine. The first time they were good and the last time I was not here. By the time I got back in time I could not tell whether they did a good job or not. I think they have done it more than two times. I think they have done it several times. They are good and I would recommend them.

Excellent service! Called for appointment on Tuesday and was on the schedule for Thursday. While Jason was here we also asked for a window cleaning estimate. Will definitely be calling in the spring to have that work done. Highly recommend!

Excellent all around. Window Guys responded promptly to my Angie's List message, we scheduled service, and Jason was here when he said he would be. Except it was raining heavily that day, and he qualified his arrival based on weather conditions. But the rain stopped, and he was able to do the work on the date we agreed on. Window Guys arrived and went straight to work. Quickly cleaned the gutters, bagged all the leaves and items removed from the gutters, and pointed out a spot where one gutter seemed to have a low spot compared to the downspout it fed. Courteous, business-like but friendly, professional. I plan to use them to clean windows in the spring.Highly recommended.
