Description of Work: The men were great. They went beyond what I expected. The Window Guys cleaned up and left the area perfect. You would never know the company was there except that the gutters were clean and the leaves were gone. I plan on using them to do my windows in the spring!

Description of Work: I had them do all windows inside and out and storm windows. They missed tow in the back in the basement ( they would have come back but I just did them) but overall they did a great job and did all work on time and worked with my schedule, I will use them again for sure.

Description of Work: |The men cleaned nine windows - inside and out. They not only washed the windows, but they removed debris that was left by the persons who supposedly cleaned the windows for the builder.

Description of Work: They are absolutely awesome. It is family owned business. They are such nice people and very professional. They pay a lot of attention to detail and are totally respectful of your home. |They washed all of my windows, power washed my garage, driveway and rear of my home where there was some mold on the outside wall. I am thrilled to have found them on Angie's list. I had initially hired them because of a special for washing outside of windows. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

Description of Work: He cancelled an appointment for 1-13-14 because he didn't have enough work in my area to make it cost affective to come. His main business is window washing and does gutters as a side line, per his statement. He said it normally takes 3 hours to clean the gutters, but he completed mine in an hour. Also completed some minor gutter repair work.

Description of Work: The crew of two was punctual, extremely courteous, and personable. We had already paid another cleaning service to have all interior glass professionally cleaned, and looked for an exterior offer to finish the job. I'm quite sure "Window Guys of Tennessee" did what they advertised they would do in the Angie's List offer, but customers need to carefully read the fine print and know that if you have storm windows, NOT A SINGLE PANE OF GLASS WILL BE CLEANED with this deal. It was explained to me that liability insurance did not cover the additional work. Our home has 20 windows and doors, all on ground level, which were "professionally washed" in less than half an hour -- basically the doors and one-half of each storm window's exterior surface but no window panes whatsoever. We ultimately felt totally stupid that we didn't understand this severely-limited Angie's List "great offer", and believe we basically wasted our money. $79 for approximately 20-30 minutes of work is no bargain.
