Description of Work: They cleaned the outside of my windows. I purchased a "home window cleaning" which did not specify that the interior of the windows would not be cleaned. Last year I purchased from Platinum Window Cleaners through Angie's List and they cleaned the inside as well as the outside. I was surprised and very disappointed to find this provider only did the outside.

Description of Work: They did a great job - used their own solution rather than using my hose to wash the windows (some of my previous experiences). I had an additional 20 windows washed and need to make the time to have them back to do the inside!

Description of Work: They sent me an email asking how many windows I had and what kind of windows they were. When I told them I had 27 and the service only covered 13, I expected to pay extra for the excess windows. But I also told them my windows were almost all storm windows, and that made the price go up to $675 which I can't afford. They said that the offer stated it would not cover storm windows, but I didn't see that, so I'm requesting the refund because I can't afford to have my storm windows washed.
