Window Guys of Tennessee

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They didn’t do all of the outside windows, they missed a few but it was raining the day that they came to do it. I was surprised that they chose to continue to clean the windows in the rain. The gentleman’s son was cleaning the outside so I was surprised that they had a teenager doing a professional service. They were nice and they were new to the area. I was a little disappointed that one of the main windows that I wanted done was not done on the outside. The tools they used, they don’t rinse them in between. There were a lot of dried drips of dirt on the sills. You could tell that they tried to wipe them off but they didn’t get everything. They’re just not very thorough.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We had a little trouble hooking up but by the time we did, they did a good job. The Big Deal was $100 but I have a lot more windows so it was another $100 on top of that. They were on time.

It was great. They were very easy to deal with. They were fast. They were very respectful of the house, not tramping anything. It was kind of an ugly day the day they were here but they were good about taking their shoes off and not tramping in and out of the house. We had storm windows so it was a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be. They didn't give me an exact quote when they called because that could be my fault to because I didn't ask. They said there would be an additional charge but I didn't know how much but they were well worth the money.

Did an excellent job, and they were clean and neat in their work. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent, he was wonderful. He came out shortly after I purchased the deal and I spent a little more than the big deal amount because I needed more windows done than was covered by the $99. It was my first time using them and what stood out for me what that he went out of his way to do windows that were difficult to do.

It went very well...very nice family run business. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I've never been so pleased! Jason did a beautiful job, paying close attention to details, and taking his time to do the job right. After he finished, all of my windows, screens, and a hard-to-reach light fixture in my foyer looked brand new. I'm very glad that I found Window Guys--I'll never call anyone else!

I purchased a big deal from them and they were not very responsive when they found out what kind of windows they would be cleaning.

Prompt, responsive, courteous, & professional with great service. Cost more than our coupon due to the fact that we have 43 windows but will definitely be using them again. Guests came the afternoon following the service and thought our window was open because it was THAT clean!

I received a call and email almost immediately from Jason to schedule my window cleaning. I am extremely happy with the work and the price and will use Window Guys again.

Jason did a great job on all my windows, including some that are hard to reach and challenging. (about 25 windows in all) I don't think my windows have ever looked this good. The windows are old but today they are sparkling. Jason was professional and very helpful. I will definitely hire him again. Great price! I recommend him to anyone that wants perfectly cleaned windows.

. They came out and washed the windows but would not even wash out the screens as they said they were so fragile they may tear them even with using water to spray through them. Apparently they make their money repairing screens. I have since had my windows (and screens) cleaned by another company and the screens are just fine. I wouldn't use them again

The offer was for $69 to clean the exterior windows. If my memory serves me correctly they charged an extra $20 to clean the screens and an extra $30 to do the inside, all of which I felt was a fair price for my 3600 sq ft two story house

Jason quoted me a great price and did a wonderful job. Next time, I won't wait so long before getting my windows cleaned. Will definitely be calling him again.

The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Some of my windows have serious access issues but he figured out how to work around it. I was very happy with the quality of the work.

I had my entire backyard redone. Pool, landscaping, stone, etc. It was very dusty. I was having a fourth of july party and needed the windows cleaned. I called very last minute and they said they could be there and they were. They did a great job. Very courteous and professional. They will be doing my windows and solar screens this year before my fourt h of july party.
