Window Guys of Tennessee

Went well, will use again. Called the day before and company made an effort to accommodate me and came to my home early the next morning and knocked the job out. I appreciated the effort to get job done quickly and will use service again.

They were fine. They did good work. They were polite and pleasant. I have no complains.

This is the second time we've used The Window Guys and we recommend them without reservation. They are pleasant, polite and professional. All the windows were sparkling clean and they use no harsh chemicals. They cleaned all the windows, including surrounds and transoms and storm doors inside and out. We had noticed on another Angie's List review that they also could vacuum the screens and clean the window tracks where all the bugs, dirt and grime collect so we asked them to do that as well and they did for a very reasonable additional fee. The windows and tracks on our new house are so clean and it was totally worth every penny!

They were very professional. They kept me informed on the bad places. Let me know the problem areas. I had purchased some supples to put in areas to keep to keep critter out. They installed them for me with no extra change. I will use them again and recommend them to others. Next time I will have them do my windows they did such a great job!

Window Guys are so far the best company I have gotten on Angie's List. It was a freezing day in Nashville but they were punctual,cheerful and hard working. The leaves and debris were actually frozen in my over-clogged gutters but they managed to get it all removed. Another plus was the clean up. I had used more expensive companies in the past who left soggy clumps of leaves on my deck. I also used them for window washing as well on a rental property with ancient painted shut windows. They performed miracles. I plan to use them again in spring for sure.

They showed up right on time which always is a plus. They started right away on gutters. This was during the bitter cold snap we had so I was not sure the job would get done but they did it all. They cleaned up all the leaves that were clogged in the gutter. The house is an old 1940s house and some of the windows were painted shut but they got them open and did a great job. Jason was quite personable and professional. I would use them again.

Great job. Very thorough. They didn't have time to finish (no fault of their's) and they were back bright and early the next day to finish up. I really appreciated them taking their time to do a good job instead of rushing and doing a mediocre job. I will use them again..

I was initially contacted right away, however there was almost a week delay in responding to scheduling questions. After further questions from me, I was told that deal only applied to windows that had one single pane of glass;(like what you would see in a commercial building). I have normal residential house windows so it would cost more than the deal price to have my windows cleaned. I would suggest to the business owners that if they are selling a deal for residential window cleaning that they not make the deal for cleaning windows that are one solid piece of glass... who has windows like that on their house?

We recentlly bought a new home ( we found under construction). The windows were very, very dirty. Angie's List had a special offer. $99 for 21 windows. Jason and his worker showed up on time. They were very nice. They did an excellent job. I never knew windows could be so clean. Will definitely use them again. We could not be happier with the results,.

Jason and his helper arrived on time (actually I had let him know I would be home earlier than originally scheduled and they came earlier!). Windows were well cleaned and quickly with no "mess" inside the house. Jason even volunteered to change the light bulbs in the foyer chandelier while he had the high ladder here. I will definitely call them again for window cleaning!

Fantastic is the best word I can use. The Guys came with a crew of 4 right on time and were finished in 4 1/2 - 5 hours. I first asked these folks to give me an estimate when the company that did the job in the past went up over 50% in price. These Guys did the job at the price I was accustomed to paying and met the high standards that I expected.

Removed and cleaned all window screens. Did a really nice job cleaning all windows. No clean up mess. Were punctual and kept me well informed about arrival time. Very easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Provider arrived just a little beyond the promised hour. There was a three person crew. All were courteous and went to work immediately. A good job was done on all glass sections but I was a little disappointed in the cleaning of the window sills and window locking areas. Only a fair job was done there. I was on the phone when the job was completed and did not closely inspect the work before crew left. I take responsibility for not allowing them an opportunity to re-do those areas.

They communicated very well, but I had to cancel the appointment and reschedule for spring. They were very helpful in trying to accommodate my schedule. I’m looking forward to working with them.

The windows look great. The men were professional, friendly and went straight to work. I will definitely use them again. Based on the Angies List special price, I expected to pay $139 rather than $180, but I was very pleased with the job they did.

That didn't turn out so good. They didn't say on the deal how they counted the windows. I found out later after I purchased it that they counted store windows as a window. If I had two section windows, that would be counted like a store windows. The deal was for twenty windows and they did four of my windows. I wasn't going to pay them to do the rest for $1700. I didn't like them. I wasn't happy with them. I just had them to do the $99 worth of services. I'm not paying $100 for a double window. The windows were okay. The quality was good. It's just about the amount.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys. So professional and on time and friendly. My windows look wonderful and clean for the holiday season. They do a wonderful job and won't leave until they know you are satisfied with their work. I had an Angies List Big Deal coupon which I used - and then added 2 extra windows for $7.00 apiece - you can't beat that! I would highly recommend this company to all my fellow Angies List folks.
