We've used the service before. They do a great job thoroughly cleaning the windows.

The deal was for a set number of windows...and only the outside. For $85 more they did all of our windows and inside and outside...very reasonable and a good value...

love my clean windows, and they even gave me a quick lesson on how to install my screen panels.

OMG!!!! My windows are beautiful inside and out. They took all the screens off and swept the frame out and wiped the outside of the screens off before re-installing. They were very protective of our wood floors by putting down a drop-cloth. They were so friendly and very professional. Josh was a great guy and Abraham was such a smiling sweet soul. I will be calling them back and giving their services as a special gift to my loved ones. And, know right now ... I will be recommending them everytime I turn around. Thanks Angie's List but most of all Thank You Window Guys of Tennessee!!!!!

Communication was prompt and friendly. Estimate was provided quickly. I counted the number of windows wrong so the estimate originally provided lower than what I paid but that was my fault. I counted double windows as 1 window instead of two. Original appointment date was canceled due to weather but was rescheduled for the same week. They were able to accomodate an early morning appointment due to my work schedule arriving at 7:00. They were quick and thorough, even showed me how to remove my screens that I had found to be "stuck". While inside they stood on towels to protect my floor. I have asked that they put me on an every six month schedule which they will manage, contacting me when it is time to clean again. Excellent service, no complaints what so ever.

Went very well. I had a family emergency which cause me to miss my first appointment and they were very understanding. the windows looked great!, what a difference it made.

My first experience with an 'Angie's List' provider. They were prompt in responding; on-time, polite and professional. Did a great job. Would use them again.

Called to let us know traffic was delaying his arrival. The gentlemen arrived a few minutes late, accepted our Angie's List coupon (which covered 20 windows). The additional charge was for the remaining windows. They were efficient, polite and very neat. The results were excellent. We plan on using the Window Guys regularly and will recommend them to friends.

They were punctual and did a great job. I would recommend them to others and I would use again.

Everything was great. He came a bit early but called first to make sure it was OK with me. All of my windows were cleaned really well. I only purchased the outside cleaning at first for $79, but asked him to do the inside as well. I paid about the same for the inside as the outside. My windows were sparkling clean for the first time in years! I will definitely call him again for future cleaning!

Jason's wife called and made the appointment time. Jason needed to cancel because of the weather and we set up another time. He arrived on time, introduced himself, then I guided him to each window. He took out the screens and relocked each window. He took the trouble to show me some things about my windows and screens that I didn't know. Then after he and his staff finished washing the windows, he knocked on the door, and when invited back into the house, he put all of the screens back and took care to relock each window. The windows look very clean and I feel that he did an excellent job. He was polite, friendly, professional, clean, neat, and expert at his job. I felt safe when he was here. I will use his company to wash my windows, again.

Punctual, Professional, Courteous, and Thorough ... We purchased the $79 cleaning special they offered as our windows were long overdue for a proper cleaning. Very happy with the time they took to do the job, and the results were excellent. Definitely will use Window Guys again for various future cleaning projects.

VERY NICE MAN WITH AN ASSITANT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE POLITENESS OF THE MAN IN CHARGE. HE ALSO, SUGGESTED AND CLEANED A LARGE WINDOW THAT WAS NOT DESIGNATED IN THE AGREEMENT WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. 'VERY SATISFIED.

Window Guys did a very good job. We had them do extra windows with some paint stuck on them, and they cleaned them at no extra price. They didn't take long to clean the windows. I will probably use their service again.

Very Well Professional and Courteous Service

We were able to reach them to schedule an appointment, but they did have to schedule it a bit of a ways out because they were pretty busy from the offering the deal. We have a bay window that was not included within the initial price of the deal. There was an additional cost for that window, but I felt that it was fair. They were running late to appointment, but they did call to let us know. Everything went well. We are pleased with their services.

Jason and his workers (his son and another fella) showed up as scheduled and got right to work. I had originally used the Angie's List coupon deal to do just the outside windows, but when I found out they had the time to do the inside windows also I took them up on it. By this time his son and the other man were already working the outside windows; Jason got to work on the inside windows, and they were done with everything in less than an hour. Upon inspection (pretty easy as it was a very sunny day), I saw no streaks or missed spots on any of the windows. Our house has a mixed assortment of blinds, drapes, and curtains; all windows were done clearly (pun intended); the window dressings were not disturbed, nor anything around the windows. In the garage are two windows that had not been cleaned for a while, the panes were clouded with a variety of grease, dirt, and insect remains that accompany neglect; they are now sparkling, and I can see my wife's hydrangea's outside fixin' to bloom! All in all, an excellent service, and I am very pleased, and am planning for them to come back as needed. I was very impressed and more than satisfied with the services rendered. There are only a couple of small areas around the edge of two of the windows that have that ghosting that occurs when you don't get quite to the very edge when wiping the windows dry; and those are only visible in the direct morning light sitting in just the right place. Not an issue at all, a quick wipe with a soft cloth and they were both gone. They also cleaned the area of the sash were dirt accumulates between the window and the screens, so that is one less task I will need to do when I put the screens back in. One other thing that I personally liked about the service was that Jason's son got right to it also. So often I run across kids who are told that they need to help out in the family business; and you can tell. Jason's son impressed me with his work attitude and his diligence. I was watching him specifically to see how he was going about his work (as I said, so often these situations result in a sub-par job being done; their attitude reflects their approach and the outcome of their task. This young fella either didn't feel that way; or did an excellent job of separating the two. The windows he cleaned were no less well done than those the others did; and I commend Jason and his son for this. It shows the character of both the parents and the child, and is yet another reason I would use the Windows Guys of Tennessee again.

After purchasing the "big deal" months before I called the company to let them know that I really needed the service in November or December. We had several conversations during those months to arrange for the cleaning to be done. If I remember correctly twice we arranged a visit and had to cancel because of the weather. Sometime at the end of December, I got a call from the company to reschedule the visit we arranged for January 2nd again because of the weather. However, I could not use the service because my family was in the process of making a transatlantic move and the timing was inconvenient. The company was very accommodating and helpful at all times.

We were in a time crunch trying to get our house ready to sell. Jason volunteered to come out on a Sunday to meet our time restrictions. He did a great job and finished up quickly. Great service!

Everything is set up for them to come and do the work. The communication was really good. We spoke with Pat and she set the service up.

Everything went extremely well, and my windows are clean and sparkling! They arrived at the time promised, and worked steadily until the job was finished. They even changed out some light bulbs on a fixture that was hanging in the foyer and is too high for us to reach. The price was as quoted in the estimate, with no added charges after they got here, as I've heard some companies try to do. They were careful to keep the area clean around where they were working. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned.

They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. They were a little disorganized and it took me a couple of attempts to get the service scheduled. They were in and out pretty quickly.

An Owner/Operator business, I got to meet the owner who is hands on. They are nice, professional and meticulous in their work. I will be using them again and would rec. them.

They cleaned all my windows inside and out...they did a very good job. I will use them again this year. Family owned and operated means a lot to me!
