It was good. We have a 4,000 sq. ft, 3 story home that they worked on. We had them do both the window and gutter cleaning.

Arrived early and it went well. Will ask again.

The service was satisfactory. They finished in a timely manner.

The owner and one other man cleaned all the windows.....they were both very nice. Second time to have this service from this and will be a repeat client.

Sent them a email on Angies List---responded back the next day--called them --appointment set up for next morning at 7am Jason and team member were there on time----did great work --will definitely use them again. From the time I sent the email-to me calling them and then doing the job----was such a pleasant experience?..I have told everybody today at work I had my windows cleaned and who did it. I am so pleased-- I see where they do gutter cleaning-----Jason I might be calling before the end of the year so you can do that! Highly recommend them

The windows were only cleaned from outside. Interiors were not cleaned. The exterior cleaning was not done thoroughly on all windows. We had to redo some ourselves the same day. I just checked the owner's response. He/she is right in that we only paid for the exterior cleaning. I apologize for that. However, I do maintain that the cleaning was not thorough. We had to re-clean the windows ourselves even from outside.

This is an old 2 story house built about 1924. It has some of the original windows that were covered by storm windows. Years ago, my mom had the window frames painted so getting the storm windows off was tedious. One storm window was broken while cleaning but I was immediately promised they would repair it. Will update this post when the storm window is replaced. The workers were courteous, Professional, on time, worked carefully with the windows. Showed my mom the windows and she was very impressed. I highly recommend that you use The Window Guys.

They arrived promptly and cleaned all of our windows on the outside, even the one under the deck. I had bought the $70 Big Deal and then added additional windows. They also washed all of the glass in our doors. They were very quick and thorough. I definitely will use them again.

Jason came on time with a fantastic partner and quickly made my windows shine like no other. I am so glad that I have clean windows I can hardly stand it! I hope I don't walk through my glass doors. Seriously. Jason cleaned the inside, screens. and that awful area under the windows that are always filthy. I paid extra for these services and it was worth every penny.

Melody and Jason were awesome! Outstanding communication over the course of 2 weeks as I was out of town on the days they did the work but they didn't miss a beat. Melody even stopped by the house on a day I was there just to make sure there were no misunderstandings about the job BEFORE the work was done which I really appreciated. They did a great job on the windows (which were filthy before they came) and changed some interior and exterior lights bulbs that I couldn't get to which was VERY helpful to me. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and will be calling them again when needed. Thank you WGOT.

It went very well. I thought the guy was very personable. The crew proceeded very well. They did fine.

They had to reschedule once because of the rain, but they were on top of it and stayed in touch. They were here on time when they promised to come out. This worked out really well. They were here and had the windows done in no time. They cleaned about 12 windows total.

I got an Angie's List deal for whole house window cleaning and they did a great job! I don't think this house's windows had ever been done. It is a 2-story and there was perm-pidgeon-poop on one window that came off. I was impressed.

Showed up when promised. Didn't realize there were as many windows. Came back next day to complete the job. It was the neatest and best window-cleaning job in over 14 years in my house. I will definitely use them again. It is a small owner operated business. The kind it's nice to support.

I purchased a Groupon for this service. I left a voice mail and sent an e-mail. I received e-mail responses from the person running their office asking questions about what types of windows I currently have in my home. We worked out a date, time and additional pricing. The 2 men working on the job were a few minutes tardy but I was thrilled that they just showed up. We've had numerous experiences with "no shows" while hiring workers to help with remodeling and renovating our home to put it on the market. There was some additional discussion about the # of windows we actually have on the home and the additional expense for storm windows. The service provider maintained a professionalism during these discussions and we came to an agreement. They did an excellent job cleaning all of the windows and keeping the work areas clean. We are amazed at the difference in the way our windows look. They were only on the job for about an hour. Incredible job! I would hire them again.

Corresponded with business through your website and setup an appt quickly. They arrived right on time, thoroughly cleaned the exteriors of all house windows quickly, and very efficiently. Paid the balance i owed over the big deal price. They were great and i would have them come and do my windows again.
