They called ahead as requested, were on time, efficient and extremely polite. Also they were very careful around shrubs and plants. All in all a very good job. We will definitely use them in the future.

This was a fantastic experience for me. The Window Guys were responsive from start to finish. The owner and his associate cleaned all the windows on the outside and I added a few inside ones as we progressed. He was completely agreeable to anything I asked him to do. Very friendly and helpful. Best money I've spent in a long time. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time despite my not having his phone number and him not having mine. No phone communication prior to arrival, he said he would have called to confirm, but didn't have the number. I tried to look up his number the day before to be sure he was coming when we previously scheduled via Angie's List many weeks prior. Fortunately, he showed up on time. Windows are sparkling clean and he even pointed out some defects that have to be taken care of by another vendor. Good job.

Excellent. They were very punctual and provided a call to let me know they were about 25 minutes away. The employee who completed the work was efficient and took extra care when washing the exterior windows to make them shine.

Another Angie's List find! I contacted window-cleaning services online through Angie's List on a Friday night, and received a call from Window Guys the next morning. While I understood that they would give me an estimate over the phone, I wanted a written estimate, and they were able to come out the following Monday. They're a family business, and I understand that Jason had a similar service in Las Vegas and brought a long-time worker with him. I found that really impressive, that they and their employee worked that well together, to the point that he (and his family, I think) followed them here. WindowGuys is a class operation from start to finish. They were very attentive and friendly, and we scheduled within a week. Jason and the crew arrived on time, they made everything easy, and by gosh the windows were CLEAN. I mean, polished. We hadn't had the windows cleaned in (gulp) 3 or 4 years, and boy, were those windows dirty. Of course, we didn't realize HOW dirty until after WindowGuys cleaned them. Our house seems like a new house, and in almost 2 months since they cleaned, I haven't found a streak or a missed area. They removed and replaced the screens and storm windows, and were very respectful of the house and furnishings. And, Jason was very nice to talk with! Because we liked their work so much, we'll probably get on a window cleaning schedule, and in the meantime, we plan to have them clean our gutters. We'll call again. By the way, one of the other highly rated window services called back the following morning, but they don't do houses with storm windows, and referred me to someone else, who wasn't willing to come out and give an estimate. I wasn't willing to even look him up on Angie's List.

I merely cancelled due to company not able to schedule appointment within time frame I needed. No problem or issue with the company at all.

It went great. They did exactly what they advertised.

They were excellent when performing the service but even more impressively, we called to schedule an appointment around 5pm and they were able to come out the next day.

They not only cleaned out my gutters but they wiped them down! Wow that was service. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Now, my wife wants to use them twice a year....They were awesome! I would highly recommend them. We got their card so we can share with friends.

They did an excellent job and I was very hay to finally after 15 years was able to get those windows that I could never reach or could find anyone to clean on the inside.

I planned to add to the deal to wash all the windows in our house. The price to do that was over $600! That was not at all comparable to what we have payed in the past for window cleaning. So we did not have any of the windows cleaned. Also our window for the workers to arrive was 2-3 pm. So my husband left work for this, and the workers didn't arrive until 3:00. The company told us we could get our money back if we didn't get the windows washed.

Jason and his assistant arrived as they said they would. The windows were quite dirty and they cleaned both the inside and outside. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. Our home has windows that are very high up and I was very satisfied with their skills. They are coming back to clean the screens and put them in the windows, as well as to clean our chandeliers. I would definitely recommend them.

The process was handled quite professionally

Easy simple, we had a few more than were covered by the special but the cost for additional windows was reasonable.

Jason arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to do. Since I had purchased a coupon on Angie's List...which he said would cover 20 of my windows, he asked if I'd like all of the windows cleaned, for an additonal $121.00. Of course I said "Yes." At the time, I had to leave for work, but when I returned, I was amazed to see all of my windows sparkling! And I hadn't had them all cleaned since I purchased my home 24 years ago! He and his co-worker, were very thorough...and he was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Window Guys of Tennessee.
