The Window Guys of TN were awesome. I was going to get a deal on window cleaning and saw they also did gutters. When I called they provided a "max" est. and once the work was completed the actual cost was 50 bucks less expensive. They did the job in 2 hours and it was amazing. One doesn't know how dirty windows can be until you have clean windows. Extremely professional and cost effective. They were able to come little earlier than the appointment but called to make sure it was ok to show up. Definitely will use them in the Spring and also on my rental properties.

In the beginning, my experience was kind of hard because I could not get hold of anybody. I would call and leave messages and nobody would call me back. It took a while to get someone to call me back. I guess they said they were out-of-town whatever, but it was very frustrating. Once they got out here, they did a pretty good job. There were additional fees because I had a chandelier and skylight cleaned. So, the cost was more than the $79 Big Deal. What stood out was that there were some places that I had to get them go back over and do and they were very nice about wanting to make it right. They wanted to make sure that they got it as clean as they could. They were very nice when I asked them to go back over stuff. They showed up on-time. I would probably give them another chance.

Second time these people have provided service--I definitely plan to call on them again.

Very punctual, professional. Did exactly what I asked of them. Also had them change out a couple of flood lights up near the roof of my house and they did this for an extra $10 per light.

The first appointment had to be rescheduled due to rain. It also rained on the day of the second appointment. Because I had explained to Jason that I had guests coming, he and his crew endured the rain and cleaned the house. Not only did they use a sprayer but a brush as well. It was very dirty due to masonry work.

They were very punctual. Arrived right on time. Did exactly what they said they would do. Now all our windows are sparkly clean!

Two men came, when they said they would, and got busy. They got busy, cleaned the outsides of all the windows, and were done. I was very happy!

Both Jason and his wife Melody, the company owners, were a pleasure to work with - very responsive, professional, on-time and detail-oriented. Melody set up the appointment for me and gave me an estimate over the phone, based on the number and type of windows I wanted cleaned. Jason and Abraham were a joy to have on the job. Particularly when it came to my old storm windows, which were a challenge to reinstall - they had been taken several weeks earlier while my house was being painted. Making the storms fit back tightly in place over the newly-painted window frames took some work, and Jason and Abraham kept at it until I was satisfied, and made me feel as if it was no problem or bother for them at all. Jason even supplied extra screws when we discovered that we were short a few after the painting. I'm a new fan of Windows Guys and especially happy to support a small, family business who provides such excellent service. Quality is often hard to come by these days. Go ahead . . . aren't your grimy windows kind of driving you crazy? Mine were!

Melody worked with me to get a time scheduled that would be good for both of us, and gave me a price range for my particular windows. Jason called to confirm before they came, and they arrived on time. They were pleasant and did a fantastic job on all the windows and doors. The final price fell within the range that Melody had quoted me. I highly recommend this company. Five stars!

Jason and his assistant arrived right on time. They were extremely professional and did an excellent job. The process was efficient, they worked quickly and quietly. The pricing of the service was affordable and fair. I would recommend them to anyone needing spring window cleaning. The windows look great!

Awesome. These guys went above and beyond to do their job. They were punctual, pleasant and super helpful. They moved items that I couldn't that were in their way that I couldn't move. Two men came and worked quickly and did a great job.

They were exceptionally prompt about responding to me about scheduling the cleaning package that I purchased through Angie's list. Unfortunately, I am horrible about remembering to check the messaging system through Angie's list, so it is completely my fault that it didn't get scheduled right away. Once I finally found a date that worked (they were so nice and patient with me!), the guys arrived right on time and got right to work. I was concerned because the weather was a little rainy, but that didn't bother them at all, even though I offered to reschedule, they said the only thing that would cause them to stop would be lightening or a blowing, heavy rain. They were very efficient, professional, and obviously worked very well together. While they were here, it occurred to me that they had ladders tall enough to reach my flood lights and so I asked him if they would be willing to change the lights since I don't have a ladder tall enough to reach them. He was very kind and only charged me $10 to change 4 lights. Trust me, this is a great deal... especially since balancing at the top of a 35-feet ladder to change a light bulb isn't my favorite thing to do! I had a bad experience with window cleaners in the past, so our windows were WAY overdue for cleaning. Now I will be calling Window Guys at least once a year, or whenever our windows need attention (or the flood lights burn out!) :-) There's nothing like having sun streaming through clean, streak-free windows, and even from the street you can see how clean they are.
