Hi (Member name removed) -- Thank you for your review. We try to accommodate all of our customers. We cleaned your windows before the holidays at which time we were extremely busy. I ended up coming to your house alone, leaving my crew, to make sure we got your windows cleaned at our scheduled time. I don't quiet understand the D you gave us on punctuality, when you rescheduled on us twice at a very busy time. I guess you're entitled to your opinion and I can respect that. Description of Work: The outside windows were cleaned well and I was happy with the job. The only negative thing was that he had to come back to finish the job. I had to leave and didn't realize he had placed the screen door in front of the dog door when he left, so my poor dog went 24 hours without being able to go outside until we realized the problem. Otherwise I was happy with the job.
