THE HILTON COMPANY

I did not pay them anything, it was the first company that paid them for their mistake and there was no broken heat and exchange system found. I had this other company to come out and they claimed that I had a broken heat and exchange system. So I called the company that put my heater in and they came out before they called the manufacture in order for me to get a new heater because I had them claim I had two broken heat and exchange systems. When Hilton came out, they found that there was no broken heat and exchange system. So, I decided just to leave this other company alone for a while because they gave me something false just to get me to get a new heater from them. The Hilton Company so far is a really good company because they found a lot of stuff that the other company did not do. They really cleaned out my heater. Hilton found that the other company did not clean out the heater real good, there were spider webs, dust, dirt and everything was piled up in there in the unit and they cleaned that out for me. I felt that was very knowledgeable to know that the other company would not do any good job.

The Hilton Company is very professional, and the man who runs the company is a good person. He was very realistic on what could and couldn't be done. He did very high quality work, and the work justified the cost.
