+ -1 morePhenomenal, took them approximately 1.5 hours to fix in total and they came in at 50% of the costs they originally thought it would be.
Description of Work: I was having water rushing throught the "water meter" area in the front yard. I called another Plumber on Angies lists with A rating and 500+ reviews and they showed up same day (great response), but told me that they would have to cut through the sidewalk. They would charge about $1100 to do the fix and then another 500-1500 to fix the sidewalk when done. I called SOS and spoke to Bobby late Saturday and he showed up at 7:15 AM, told me he didn't have to touch the sidewalk, that he could fix it without doing that and AT MOST would be $1000. I told Bobby to go ahead and move forward. About 1 hour later, it was fixed and he handed me a bill saying I'm sorry I couldn't charge you $1000, instead it was $490! It is rare in today's world where you will find a business with the integrity to do what SOS did. I'm now a customer for life.

+ -1 moreBoth father and son know what they are doing and offered a great advice and service. They obviously are experts at what they do and are honest. We thought we needed to replace our bathroom tub faucet but he was able to fix our current one, which saved us a lot of money and time.

+ -1 moreOur 16 year old water heater overflowed, we called them on the recommendation of a neighbor. They quoted us the price of $1500 up front - did the work, very professional, friendly, excellent work. We do feel we paid top dollar, however, but did agree to it upfront. We use them again but only after receiving multiple estimates - their work was outstanding.
Description of Work: Removed old, overflowing water heater, replace with a new water heater the same size including an expansion tank, copper plumbing, and new water shut off valve, since the old one was leaking.

+ -1 moreExcellent service - rather than tear the ceiling out, they looked for other problems, found the problem and recommended a solution - which will involve the appliance company. Very professional, courteous, and careful to show us each step they were taking.
Description of Work: We had water stains in the bathroom ceiling. SOS came in to problem solve and identify the leak.
