We have worked with Simon in both buying & selling real estate in 2010 and in 2014. We are definitely happy repeat customers! If you asked me to summarize Simon, I would tell you this: He is HONEST. Also, he works as YOUR ADVOCATE. He is a masterful negotiator. Remember, I said he is honest? He is also FAIR. I feel that the string of these qualities help pave the way for a low-drama deal. He is cool-headed and does not over-react, because, let's face it - real estate can get emotional on both sides! It is a good idea to have a Realtor who cares for what you want and goes to battle for you with a calm head on his shoulders! I say this from experience as both buyer AND seller! Being cool-headed does not mean laid back and slow to respond...Simon is ON IT. He is a great communicator and when there is a question (I had LOTS of questions!) he is going to get an answer quickly if he doesn't already have it. Anyone can appreciate that, knowing that he is doing all he can to gather info and accomplish the goal before you. Lastly, I would say that Simon is FOR YOU. He wants you to be in a property that you will LOVE and that works best for you. And HE WILL help you find it. He's very creative. His suggestions have been top notch and realistic. He did not oversell us. And even though he is working with many clients, when he is working with you, you feel like you are the only one. He is a realtor you will be so thankful to have working with you and for you!

We relocated from out of state so we relied on Simon heavily as we worked to figure out exactly where in the area we wanted to live. He was extremely knowledgeable about what the different areas of town had to offer and he was very helpful in guiding us to neighborhoods that he knew we would like. He was also always quick to respond to calls/texts/emails and made himself readily available to take us to showings on short notice. Once we decided on the neighborhood in which we wanted to buy, there were no houses available that met our criteria so Simon got creative. He did a search and pinpointed all of the homes in the neighborhood that we might be interested in (3000+ sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice yard, etc.) and then he created a postcard with a little information about us and wrote that the recipients should call him if they were interested in selling their home and wanted a super easy sale without even needing their own realtor. He placed these postcards in the mailboxes of all of the homes he had identified in his search and he got a phone call the very next day! That house turned out to be our dream home and we have happily been living in it for seven months now - all because of Simon's ingenuity and a little postcard! Overall, Simon was extremely responsive, proactive, resourceful, organized and knowledgeable and we very highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Nashville area.
