First off I'll preface by saying they are nice people who work and run the business and overall I think they do an amazing job. The only issue is the quoting process and the lack of punctuality in responses. I was quoted $3,500 for a job and then found an invoice a month later for $4,500. I understand things come up in the scope of a job but if I was consistently 23% off at my job I wouldn't be employed. I also got quoted $1,100 to trim up to 20' of tree line along my fence which I was able to accomplish within a half a days time with a pair of hand clippers. Would consider getting multiple quotes before a large job. No cost by line item on the receipts you just have to take their word for plant / tree costs.

Jeanine fron Pack Lawn was wonderful. She had many ideas about plants and planting designs. After project was finished, I decided that some more old shrubbery needed to be replaced. No problem. Garden looks great and I am very happy. BRAVO JEANINE!

Pack did such a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier with Jeanine’s design, plant selections and how the finished job looks. She suggested unique plants or varieties that are beautiful and different. The prettiest And most unique Japanese maple I have ever seen is now in my yard! They are honest, dependable, trustworthy, they take smaller jobs, and their fees are reasonable. Can’t ask for more than that. I highly recommend them.
