Nashville Painting Company was excellent to work with. From the budgeting phase to executing the work, their sales team, administrative staff and field crew were communicative and professional. I worked with Chance, a sales rep, at the beginning, and he discussed the exterior paint project with me and walked through the process and products since I knew little about paint. Once we signed the contract, they have what I believe are automated E-mails to keep the communication line open and the process moving forward for next steps pre-scheduling. They provided a color consultant to help choose colors which was a wonderful addition. The process was seamless and easy to work with. Our project manager, Nick, checked in regularly and communicated any potential hang-ups on the job to keep it going. The crew on-site was professional, followed directions from the planning checklist, and very courteous at our home. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We highly recommend Nashville Painting Company!

I couldn't be happier with Nashville Painting Company! We were moving from Atlanta, and wanted our home painted before we moved in. From the moment I talked with Carly, and got an estimate from Chance within hours. Nick sent me pictures of the project. Every single one of them was positive, communicative, and eager for our business. I never even met any of them, and they took care of everything! I was nervous that the job was remote, and worried the colors might be incorrect. Nick assured me that he's managed projects like this before, and sent me MANY pictures to relieve my stress. I haven't gotten this great of customer service in a long time! Also, when our designer, Beth Haley showed up unexpectedly, she was REALLY impressed that Nashville painting company was using the best quality Sherwin Williams paint. In her experience, painters often choose cheaper paints to increase their profits.

My cabinets look great! I will hire NPC again for my bathroom. The folks from Nashville Painting Company are the most professional I’ve hired since I started my kitchen upgrade.

We bought a new (to us) home in August. Before moving in we needed some trim/molding removed and everything inch of the house painted...from the floorboards to the ceilings (even including the garage and sun room). All the ceilings had a stipple stamp texure that we had removed as well. Nashville Painting Company did all this for us at a very reasonable price. Also, we originally had 10 days blocked out but they ended up doing all the work within 7 days. Any touch ups, etc that we requested were handled right away. The painting crew was great and although they are subs for NPC, the same people were at our house everyday for the whole job. The crew leader and/or project manager from NPC were basically there at all times as well. Past the painters, the team from NPC was great as well. Justin was a huge help assessing and setting up the job, Carly was a great help with all the logistics and Brandon was an amazing project manager. We were given cell phone numbers for all and they made themselves available whenever needed. I can’t say enough good things about the process and we’ll definitely be calling them back for any future needs.

It went really well. They moved quickly and professionally. They made sure all of our expectations were met. They even came out to add an additional cost to a door that had a slight color discrepancy with no fuss or questions asked.

From the minute I called to the time the job was done everything was amazing! Carly was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Chance was very informative and professional when he came to our home to do the estimate. Brandon and his crew were diligent, helpful, clean, and did an amazing job on our paint job. Because our home was hit by a tornado in March, we've been working with A LOT of contractors this year, and absolutely by far NPC was the most reliable, easiest to work with and best price for our budget. I would enthusiastically recommend them to all my neighbors!

Great! The crew arrived on time and finished in only one day, two were scheduled. They were very careful workers and did a excellent job.

I can't say enough good things about the team that came in and worked on our job. They arrived timely each day, worked quickly, and cleaned up before they left each day. They were responsive to any questions I had and were generally just overall very pleasant to work with. I wish I could give them more work but they painted 4 rooms, a stairwell, my kitchen island, and cabinets in 4 days and I love it! Definitely recommend!

It was the worst experience I have ever had. They had almost two months to get ready for my project and right off they started a day late. Then instead of replacing the wood that needed to be replaced they had the painters paint the entire house bad wood and all first. So now since the wood has been replaced the painters used a roller and brush to paint the replaced wood. They have applied two coats but it still doesn't match the rest of the house that was sprayed and never will. This job from start to finish has taken over two weeks and should have only taken about 4 days top. If they had done the job by doing the wood replacement first and then painted everything would have been fine but the job foreman evidently doesn't understand how to do the job. Would not answer my texts when I asked when the carpenters would be there to replace the wood. When they did show up it was late in the afternoon because they had another job that had to finished before doing mine and I will say more wood needed to be replaced and they didn't charge extra for it but they knew they had already screwed up this job in so many ways and it was the second week before the wood was replaced. I talked to the owner, he defended his foreman of course and gave me $200.00 off for my troubles. They would show up when they felt like it or after they finished another job. Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. If you look at the pictures the wood that was replaced is the bottom boards. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

They did a great job replacing the rotten wood. Painting was quick and looks great. Would hire again.

I had bids from four different painting companies. Nashville Painting Company came highly recommended and was very competitive. The entire team (crew and support staff) did a great job, communicating along the way. A highly recommend them.

Nashville Painting Company was recommended to us by Romabio to paint ("stain" I guess?) our brick house white. They came out quick for the quote, and despite us deciding to move forward with the job nearly 6 months later they still honored the quote and got us on the schedule quickly. It was originally thought our red brick would only require 2 coats of white tinted Romabio (Sherwin Williams "Greek Villa") but after the 2nd coat it was clear that the coverage wasn't enough and they very quickly worked to rectify with another coat. They also painting our foundation and our porch without issue. We had a color match issue during the porch painting (very likely our fault based on paint samples the previous owner left in the house), but NPC again fixed the problem very quickly and we were left with a perfect porch. The communication is exceptional from beginning to end. Highly recommend to anyone.
