Overall, went well. Had to wait longer than expected for deck to be done. Also, there was some miscommunication about who needed to paint our home due to the size of our home. Multiple crews came over before the right one showed up.

Chance Sepulvado, the estimator, and Carly Merrit, VP for Operations and communication with the office was excellent. The price for the work was what I expected. However, the job did not go as smoothly as anticipated but in all fairness, the company did stand behind their work and corrected the issues. Carley arrived the morning of the job and reviewed the details with me. When the lead painter arrived, Carly went over the details and again reviewed the work when the 2nd painter arrived. There was to be an accent wall painted but the 2nd painter started painting this wall the same color as the rest of the room. This wall was then repainted with the accent color. It was still wet when the painters left for the day. The next morning there were highly visible brush strokes on the wall. Sent pictures to Carly and she arranged for the lead painter to come back and “fix” the wall. The other issue was that the painters missed or “forgot” to paint some of the areas on the work order; the kitchen window sill, baseboards in the kitchen, a drywall seam and when the painter was reinstalling the edge guard was going to put it back with paint smudges on the inside. What should have been a single day job took two days and three trips. I work from home but had I to take another day off work for this job, that would have been a problem. I would suggest, the painters be given a copy of the work order so they have a reference as to what work was to be done.

Quick, responsive, quality paint, quality work, and honest. We used Nashville Painting Company to fully paint our exterior house including brick and can't be happier with the results. Our home looks stunning. The job didn't go as smoothly as it could have but they stepped up and made it right. I can't speak more highly of them!

They did a great job and ahead of schedule. Super communication. Very careful around anything that not get paint...i.e. shrubbery, accent stone and such. Very personable and a joy to talk to.

This is the 2nd project with Nashville Painting Company I’ve had in the last 6 months. The first was painting the exterior of the home and this one was an interior paint job. When I decided we had to paint some areas of our home to get it ready to sell, I went straight to Carly and Jeremy for a quote and statement of work. They were very quick to respond, in fact Jeremy was on-site the day after I called. I received a reasonable quote and given my experience with this company, I didn’t solicit a 2nd quote (I had 4 quotes on the first job). We agreed on the contract and Carly and crew started a couple of days later. Carly and the crew (Oscar, “Mom”, and Elvis) were punctual, flexible, well equipped, experienced and professional. The end result was excellent paint job in a not so easy house to paint (very high ceilings). They started and finished the job which I would have expected to take 5-6 days in 3 consecutive days. They left the site clean, neat, and looking great. I highly recommend them for your next paint job.

The Nashville Painting Company did a great job overall. We requested they cover bright blue trim paint with black paint to match the rest of the house trim. This required several coats around windows, which can be very tedious, as well as climbing a ladder to reach our second floor. Our request was a difficult one, and their team didn't stop until it was done right! They continued to come to the house until we were completely satisfied. We would hire them again!

Nashville Painting Company just completed a huge exterior paint job for us... siding, brick, trim, soffit and fascia. They were great from start to finish... patient with my many questions and many changes throughout the process! The project manager checked in every morning to give a run down of the day's plan as well as answer any questions we had. The painting crew was professional, meticulous, kind and cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent. The staff from top to bottom was professional. They were patient as worked with my insurance company to get a claim submitted. Once the job was set up we had a date set on the calendar and they showed up on time. The paint crew was amazing. They worked all day to get a job a hard job done. If I have other painting jobs, I will be calling Nashville Painting Company first

It's been a year since they did our painting and looking back, I'd say they did a pretty amazing job. They stood behind their work when there was an issue (they painted a few replaced boards of deck too quickly and it didn't hold). Their crew was excellent, on time, and worked incredibly hard. There was a lot to juggle with such a massive residential job, but they stayed on top of things and got the work done when they said they would.

NPC was fantastic from start to finish. Their painting crew was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a professional paint job! A+ service.

Exterior brick painting. Project started first week of December. It finished end of April. During the quote I was told it would take a week. It took time to get the garage door panel replaced so minus 6 weeks for that). It cost me $500 more than was quoted. Poor communication throughout the entire project. They no showed several times. Garage door panel was damaged during project ( they did replace it). The only time I felt like my business was important to them was during the quote. I would not recommend this company.

They were very professional and accommodating! I will highly recommend them because they we so understanding. The painting job was finished very quickly as well!

I was very impressed with Nashville Painting Co from the initial contact with Chance, the color consulting with Cassie, project manager Tyler, Carly in the office who kept us on track and the painting crew that provided a beautiful result. We had our main living level painted, walls and ceiling but not the trim. Our ceilings peak at 14’ and this was no problem for the guys including patching some cracks and nail pops and working around beams. The crew consisted of 2 painters and I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get the job done. The end result is so beautiful. Special shout out to Mauricio who did an amazing job painting the edge where a dark accent wall met the white walls. The guys were professional and unobtrusive especially considering painting was occurring in the kitchen, living room and dining room. They came in each day and got right to work, informed us when they were taking a lunch break, and answered all the questions. Because of the weather we had a 9 day delay between when the job started and when it could be completed but this is no fault of Nashville Painting of course. Communication between the project manager and us occurred daily during the delay keeping us updated on status of the job resumption. If I have any negatives at all it would be that there seemed to be some confusion re the paint order and Sherwin Williams store made 3 trips in a day delivering paint and still it wasn’t right. But when the painters arrived on the first day they sorted it out quickly. This entire experience was positive and I’m very happy with the result.
