Finished quickly and cleanly

it was terrific! i worked with jeremy. he came the day after i called and and gave me an estimate for both one and two coats. he were completely accommodating to my schedule for having the painting done (actually, they were willing to come sooner, but we had to work around my travel schedule). he told me what kind of paint they would use and asked me to pick out the color i wanted at sherwin-williams (who knew there were 100 shades of "white"!). i did that and let him know what i had chosen. here was a really useful thing that they did -- before they came out, they sent me a questionnaire asking about whether the workers could play a radio while they were painting, if the workers could use my bathroom, etc. -- other things that were very useful for me to decide and very useful, from a pragmatic standpoint, for them to know. the painters came on the day we had chosen, and they were on time. they cleaned out my gutters and then painted; they finished in one day. they cleaned up everything, i never found anything in the yard that showed they had been painting. the next day, jeremy came out and walked around the house with me to make sure i was satisfied. there was one small area that they had missed; actually, jeremy pointed it out, i hadn't noticed it! they came the following day and painted that area. the house looks really nice, and this was a great experience from start to finish. i would have them paint my house again in a heartbeat.

Workers did an excellent job. Very diligent; very thorough. Jeremy, whose company it was, has a philosophy of pleasing the customer, and making right anything that might go wrong. We actually had the wrong color put on, and Jeremy quickly responded to make it right. This is a good company to deal with. They will be our choice to do the outside of the house when that task comes up.

Great experience all around! From the beginning, Jeremy and the first woman I spoke with on the phone were VERY flexible with communication as I began a new job that made it difficult to take calls. The estimate was thorough and timely, reasonably priced. Jeremy was professional in appearance and over the phone. Better yet, the paint job was delayed due to rain everyday for almost a week. The painting crew was out at our house the very first sunny day and completed the entire house (2 coats ROMABIO limewash paint) in one day! I have found ZERO areas where something was not appropriately taped off. We love it. Thanks, guys!

They had the best quote for our large project. Jeremy was able to work out a schedule to accommodate our office operation hours and the installation of new carpet at the same time! We have wood siding that is very old and full of lead so they had to do all the lead paint prep and scrapping of the old. They painted very well, high quality work. They were professional and catered to the special needs of our project,our house and our schedule.

The team of painters that worked on our home were very respectful of our property and of us. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves each day and made sure we were satisfied with their work at the end of the project. Jeremy personally did a final walkthru and quickly resolved the few minor issues we had to our satisfaction. From the beginning of the process, until the end, the whole project was flawless. Perfection. Jeremy was amazing from quote process throughout color selection to execution and completion. Always on time and on schedule for all meetings. And the crew were very professional and friendly. Spectacular work and results. We live in a circa 1990s middle TN neighborhood where all the homes are brick. Have been dreaming for years about some diversity and finally took the plunge and painted the orange brick. All we and our neighbors can say is "wow". Get ready for more work Jeremy as my neighbors will be calling. Transformed a tired house into a showplace. This seriously is about the best contractor experience I have had never.
